In her debut novel Julia Yun takes us on a fascinating journey between the world of living and the worlds of spirits and souls. She raises questions about afterlife, our choices, consequences, and the struggle inside us between good and evil in a story that moves from a genre to genre - from fantasy to tales and self development - with some laughs, interesting characters and setting, and smooth prose that I finished the book in one sitting. I can't wait for a sequel or another novel in the same worlds.
