Some useful info

As a guitarist of over 20 years I sometimes get stuck in a rut. As a result of that I've decided that researching other people's practice methods may be beneficial. This short book, although somewhat simple and loaded with methods and theories already known to me certainly benefited me in terms of a reminder. It would certainly be of great benefit to any beginners hoping to take up playing the guitar.

Awesome read

The importance and the reasoning of practice is very well explained with scientific explanations where applicable. Really worth the time

Fair old news

The author writes well, and the information presented is good and useful...but hardly new. Still, it is offered in a good format and easy to apply.
