Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.

Bethany's worried she'll never get her happy ever after, considering her misfortune in love. Even after a few minutes of first meeting Scott, he seems revulsed by her.

Scott put up a wall two years ago when his fiancée left him for someone else. Since then, he’s avoided falling for a woman. Until he meets Bethany, which makes him question why not.

Will Bethany finally get her happily ever after with Scott? Or is she doomed to never be the bride?

A wedding, the beach, a hot guy and a hot girl. What a combination. Of course, the road to romance is never smooth! Scott and Bethany just can’t seem to get along, although Bethany doesn’t understand what the problem is. Will they become frenemies? Hmm, or will it turn out that they are more attracted to each other than they want to admit? Read to find out how sun, sand, the beach and a wedding (Not their wedding!) help work things out.

This book is good read with well developed characters and engaging storyline that flowed with ease. You have your hot sand with an even hotter guy and girl whose chemistry is felt. Second chance at love for both of them having only had at points terrible connections in the past will they allow the real things into their lives.

This book was really good, I was actually quite surprised by how good it was. I mean I didn't have high expectations before starting but it got really good and yeah I really enjoyed it and I would love to have more about their characters and just get to know them better.

Quick easy to read romance about first and second chances at love. Scott was burned by a previous relationship and decided on no more commitments. Bethany has never found the one to commit too. At her best friend’s wedding, she comes face to face with Scott and is instantly attracted to him. Sweet ending!

First by this author and despite my sadness at it being a short novella and not finding out what happens next, it was a well written story. The chemistry between Bethany and Scott was great and steamy... overall a really good book.

This was a cute short story. Since it's a short there's not much build up or time to get 'connected' to the characters for me personally, however if you're into shorter reads, this is a lovely story.
