Phoebe's little sister was to take on a job with an out of town doctor, but her boyfriend proposed and she wants to follow her heart. She manages to coax Phoebe into going in her stead since, Lucius is quite forgetful and wont remember the switch.

Unfortunately for her, Lucius notices her and catches on quickly. He invites her over to be his nurse and thus starts an amusing slow romance with quite a bit of drama from his son's nanny. The nanny has the hots for the doctor and manipulates his son to attack and harm Phoebe. Lucius doesnt catch on till finally he's shown proof of the psychotic nanny. This puts Phoebe's back up, till Lucius manages to cajole her and convince her that he's in love with her.
