Couldn’t do it.

I got about a quarter of the way through the first book in the series, Dax, and I just couldn’t put myself through reading anymore. Olivia is supposedly this down on her luck girl with a good heart but she stole some really expensive shoes from a shop owned by some evil bikers ‘just because’, then she stole from the person trying to help her, steals chocolate and then tries to steal jewellery from a stallholder, she is obstinate and naive (but not in that nice way some heroines are) She and Dax live in the same house for a couple of days, doing nothing more than her cooking a couple of meals while he does the dishes (and even that is just a couple of sentences) and then suddenly she is suggesting he go down on her, they’re sleeping together and he’s already developings ‘feelings’. Even after she see’s what the ‘evil bikers’ did to her apartment she’s still to obnoxious or stupid to realise how bad it is and Dax the big hard biker, is immediately bowing to her demands.
Basically she is awful, he is soft and the story is weak. Maybe this book gets better, maybe the other books are good but I’m not willing to go any further.

Don't

I don't know what genre this is. If it is about a motorcycle club, they must be the kind who are all in their fifty to sixty riding Honda Goldwings on weekends and bankers by day. Couldn't finish five chapters. Ugh

So sorry to say that I didn't get any MC vibe - at all.
If you really love true MC books, then this is NOT for you.
What grabbed my attention straight away was when Dax, the so-called “Outcasts MC” member referred to his club as a gang. No true MC member refers to his MC as a gang EVER!! This kept happening through the first book… I admit I couldn’t read more than the first book because there was no MC vibe at all. I looked into book 2 to see what happened to Dax and the baby but there was absolutely no trace of their personal lives coming through to the next book. So after reading each book, you will have no clue what happens in their life after you read the book about them.
I bought this book set because I thought it was a biker book set, but what I ended up with instead was a set of books that shows a teenage girl’s perception of what biker life, love, and drama would look like.
There was no actual violence or threat of violence.
I was expecting more fierceness, more toughness, more brotherly bond - just more since this is labeled as a biker set.
No, my best description of this book set is: If Disney would take Sons of Anarchy after Kurt Sutter and make it Disney friendly this would be the outcome… No real MC vibe, no violence, hardly any action (If there is then it only last for half a page). I'm so very disappointed...

Just an okay series... The best parts were they all had a HEA but the worst part is most of these books were mostly their own thoughts... I mean half or more wasn't even needed... Just rambling thoughts saying the same thing over and over again. I also don't think this author understands much about MC romance.

Pretty good!

I chose this rating because this series was alright. I really enjoyed most of the characters. This was a series of book about alpha males protecting the women that they loved or fell in love with. I enjoyed the series. Each book had its own unique differences. But all in all they were pretty much the same. Overall this series is pretty good. I recommend this series to all romance and MC lovers.

Not very interesting

I gave a 2 rating just for the effort put into writing this but I kept waiting through each book for something to get interesting. I usually read a book within a couple days but this took me several weeks and I found myself wanting to stop reading several times. Stupid storylines that were all similar and this whole "I'm gonna get thrown out." Or "I should quit the club." Etc was ridiculous.

Only read part of the first book (Dax). Characters were incongruent. Their decisions didn’t make sense to me and their actions didn’t match their words. Very confusing. I also didn’t like how everything was explained, the characters actually telling me what they were feeling rather than showing. Very little chemistry between the MCs.

Boring

As far as MC books go this series was just boring basically very little happens as far as the club is concerned the books are really just about the romantic affairs of the members and none of those have any real chemistry. The storylines are all fairly poor none of the characters are particularly endearing and the writing feels stiff and stilted. I found the whole series pretty poor and fairly yawn worthy sorry this was not enjoyable for me.

Ugh...sorry 👎

If you are expecting semi-authentic MC romance stories that have a well thought out storyline as well as characters, read something else. This is about a group of men who find their love interest, then encounter a villain just plucked from the air, overcome obstacle in like a paragraph then have sex for 10 pages. Sorry but not worth your time.

I’ve only read Dax’s story, and unfortunately the book felt weak too me. I didn’t get a connection to any of the characters nor the storyline.

Protection for stealing a pair of shoes, just was a little extreme to say the least over a pair of shoes a scary gang spent time their time trying to catch her!

Under a week without barley holding a conversation he loved her!
The story had potential yet was lacking!

I wanted to like these books but only managed to read the first one and that was purely because I cannot leave a book unfinished. There didn't seem to be much story attached to the book, the characters, especially the female, weren't particularly good. Olivia didn't have any redeeming qualities she was a thief who continued to steal or attempt to. I couldn't actually tell you what either looked like, other than her being blonde and having blue eyes. I have no clue about Dax apart from being 6 6. I think it was trying to be a MC book but I've never heard the President be referred to as the leader. The story just seemed to repeat itself over and over - lots of words that were unnecessary and I got irritated by the regular use of "or something" at the end of sentences, so much so I wondered if it was an attempt to up the word count! Sorry but just not for me and I do love a MC book!!

ONE ENTHRALLING TALE!!!
Wow! Talk about things that go bump in the night. This is one action packed, fast paced, hard hitting, nerve racking adventure that brings these smooth flowing reads roaring to life flawlessly. Man, what a killer collection. This bad boy will totally rock you to the core. All the drama, uncertainty, danger and suspense draws you into this nailbiting collection that has you so deeply immersed, time has no meaning. Twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few glitches and scrapes bring this incredible storyline and hard hitting plot together with all the force of a freight train. The main characters chemistry is intense, white hot and explosive. The characters and scenes are written with such realism it feels like you can just reach out and touch them. Remarkable job Vanessa, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.

An MC Series that’s Well Written.
Outcasts MC Box Set, be authors Blair Grey Vanessa Peters is the way to read an MC Series when it’s about its membership. You really really get a sense of how the authors bring the storylines together and paint a picture of how this club functions which is what I like.
This set presented the core group of Dax and Kane (who are the sons of the Outcasts President, Otis), Victor, Logan, Xander, and finally Nate. They are bad asses until the right woman comes along and steal their hearts. I tried to pick a favorite but I couldn’t.
Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure.
I am leaving this review for your consideration. Peace.

Do you love gorgeous and delicious men on two wheels? I certainly do and each book in this six book collection has a beautifully designed storyline with the easily envisioned characters to match. Inside this collection you'll will most definitely lose yourself in the forbidden MC world, willingly stuck there, reading for hours.

While this was a first time read for Ms. Peters; I bow to her incredible mind and the talent displayed throughout each of these uniquely creative books. Collection includes; Dax, Kane, Victor, Logan, Xander and Nate.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Outcasts MC in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion and should you love MC's, you have got to devour this collection ASAP.

Dax: Olivia has always only had herself to rely on. Dax is used to being the protector. Will they find a common ground?

This was a great enemies to lovers romance. I loved how Dax was determined to do anything he could to keep her safe. I didn't blame Olivia for being scared, one mistake turned her whole world upside down. Good read and cannot wait to start the next in the series!

Kane: Kane is tired of everyone thinking that he is immature. Brea is tired of her father trying to control her life. They are on opposites sides, but opposites attract. Will Brea give him a chance even after she finds out who he really is? Will Kane get what he has always longed for when it comes to his family?

Loved seeing this side of Kane. I loved how Kane was determined to take care of those he loved and proved to be more mature when it came to protecting Brea then the others thought. I didn't blame Brea for wanting to follow her own path and loved how she stuck to it. Great read!

Victor: Brittany knows not all of her clients are on the up and up, but she never expected this. Victor is putting his hacking skills to better use. They have a past, but trouble comes once again. Will Victor be able to protect her? Will Brittany give him a chance?

I loved the fact that these two had had a solid friendship in the past. I didn't blame Brittany for being hesitant to trust him again, but felt she should have looked in the mirror since it's not like she was on the straightened arrow. I loved the fact that Victor was determined to do whatever he could to keep her safe, now and in the future. Good read!

The “Outcasts MC” series are the first books that I've read by Vanessa Peters. I love MC romance so when I was offered this Arc I was delighted to read this new author. These books are superbly written with intense action, suspense, intrigue, passion, violence, drama, and love. This series is addictive, smooth-flowing incredibly entertaining with complex characters and almost impossible to put down. Hot, sexy bad boy bikers, beautiful smart, sassy ladies and fast-paced story-lines....What's not to love? If you appreciate bad boy romance specifically MC romance, you must grab this collection.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This box set was just okay for me. I didn't really get that much of an MC vibe as other books that I have read. I felt that the book was missing something and didn't make it as interesting as I thought the books would be. Now having said that, just because I didn't thoroughly enjoy this box set doesn't mean you won't. Please read all reviews as well as the authors synopsis to see if this might be what you are looking for.

I love that you can get the whole Outcast MC series in one place! There are 6 books of smoking hot bikers and the women that tame them. They are great on their own, but being able to read one right after the other is awesome!

Great

I like the way this was set up. Having all the stories together gave it more appeal. I also think I would have loved seeing Devon together with Marie, but I’m a hopeless romantic

While I did like this series, I just thought too much was left unsaid. I felt once the one book was finished and the next book started, all previous M.C. members were forgotten. I felt it lacked the normal M.C. environment.

Outcasts

Good storyline, good characters, Rev those bike engines. Love a good biker story that's not all about wars with other MCs but about the members.
