Solar was down bad after experience heartbreak at the hands of the man she thought was her forever. After 6 years and 4 attempts to walk away she was finally able to stand on business and realize her worth!
After driving aimlessly for the past hour and ending up with a busted tire, she ends up in Nahzir’s custom tire shop and it wasn’t too long before she was singing the same tunes as Toni Braxton…. 🎶 Unnnnbreak my heart 🎶 😩😩

Grey knows how to get my feelings all wrapped up in 50 pages or less 😩😩
Solar has finally found the strength to leave a relationship that hadn't been serving her for years. Her raggedy ex Hunter, has finally broke the last straw and even though she is homeless she prefers that over being with a liar and manipulator. What is clear is she is absolutely letting him go.
Her first day venturing out on her own, a flat tire has her meeting Nahzir a beautiful man that owns a custom rim shop. However, his presence, his honesty, his aura, and not to mention he is fine azz hell has our girl Solar ready and willing to risk it all.
One night together feels life changing. I loved the poem, we love a man that listens and ACTS on it. I'm eager to see how this all comes together, especially with the secret dropped at the end.

The way I’m running to book two because what did I just read!!!! There’s no way Grey told that much of a story in under 50 pages!!! I have some many questions about who Nahsir really is, where this relationship is going, who Nahsir’s cousin, will Hunter show is behind later down the road and will Nahsir and Solar be end game?!?!

Alright, so here's the deal with Nahzir: he's got this tough exterior, kinda intimidating vibe going on. But when you see him with Solar, it's a whole different ballgame. He's all about giving her the love and attention she deserves. Solar usually goes for a different kind of guy, but honestly, Nahzir might just be the shake-up she needs in her life.

Running away and a flat tire puts her in the presence of Nahzir. BSix degrees of separation puts them all in contact in the most unbelievable way. Let's see how it ends. On to book 2.

Sweet and Sexy
Considered to be the worst day of her turned out to be the best night in Solar's life. Solar found out that Hunter, who she had been with for six years, was cheating on her so she packed up and left him but while on her way to a motel she gets a flat tire. A distraught Solar ends up at Nahzir's custom rim and tire shop. Nahzir immediately noticed her brokenness and wants to help repair her. When Nahzir completed the repair, he went to the bar to let Solar know he was done but Solar propositions him to take her mind off everything for just one night. Nahzir takes her up on her offer and even goes a step further to have food delivered for them at Solar's motel room by his runner that is his cousin's boyfriend who turns out to be none other than Hunter. All apprehensions and feelings of guilt went out of the window for Solar with that revelation and she enjoyed the best night of her life and awakened the next morning to warm rays of hope and the possibilities of fairytales coming true.

Oh yeah this one snatched me up immediately. This novella wastes zero time getting to the ache. That make me forget about him phase Whew 😥 We’ve all been there staring at the bottle like it might glue the broken pieces back together. Solar’s pain feels raw, impulsive and painfully relatable. Heartbreak doesn’t ask permission and neither does the spiral that follows it.
What I loved most is how this story reframes healing(if only for one night). Being “unbroken” isn’t about numbing the hurt or replacing one man with another it’s about realizing that distraction won’t fix what needs intention. Nahzir isn’t easy and honestly he shouldn’t be. He let her know this will do nothing for your heart. Watching Solar have to work for his attention while still figuring out her own worth added depth.
Short, emotional and effective. This story captures that fragile space between heartbreak and healing when you don’t want love yet but you don’t want to hurt anymore either. Sometimes, the bottle isn’t the answer but clarity comes after a night to remember.

I bet Solar would have never thought that following her heart would bring her the best sex of her life. Solar finally mustard up the strength to leave her cheating and selfish boyfriend Hunter of six years.
She packs up whatever she can and puts it in her G Wagon with his help surprisingly. Hunter doesn’t put up a fight and let’s get go freely.
Things get a little interesting when she gets a flat tire while on the road. She pulls up to this rim shop. It’s here where she meets Nahzir. I won’t spoil the novella for you. Trust me.
It was overall a sweet and rad bit spicy read. The story line was a bit predictable. There was also a little fluffing with the description in few parts of the story. Overall, I’m not excited about this read. Hopefully, Solar ended up taking a shower after all that sexy excitement she received from Nahzir!

Ms Grey has done it now! She has turned me into a fan! This book did what it was supposed to do. It tells a story of a situation so many women find themselves in - giving our all to a man and ignoring the signs until the reality of that man slaps us upside our heads and calls us stupid. It tells the story of how a woman is exercising her right to get up under another one in order to get over one. It tells the story of a woman who feels broken and wants to be put back together again. It tells the story of a very willing, able and well qualified man who is up for the task of unbreaking her. This book told the story so well and left us hanging in anticipation and wonder. We want more but our imagination is definitely running with the possibilities. If only all of our unbreakable moments came out like this!

Hunter had the woman that most men can only dream about. She kept the house in order, sexed him on command, ran with the best in the body shape department, yet like most men, Hunter still wanted his peter to be a part of the community.
Solar finally got sick and tired trying to be perfect for a cat who couldn't reciprocate loyalty. Just for once, she wanted to say 🖕🏿it and let her hair down.
Although Nahzir was attracted to the broken type, he was very much struggling with his own brokenness. His last relationship left his mind in turmoil, making it hard for him to move on until he faced the guilt that was eating him alive.
Another series I enjoyed. I kinda felt cheated in the end, I just wanted a little more, an epilogue or something. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable read.

I'm hooked!!
This was such a good story. I loved how Nahzir didnt sugarcoat anything when speaking truth to Solar. Solar surprised me with how coherent she was in telling Nahzir what she wanted and needed from him. The funniest part to me was when Hunter basically got a taste of his own medicine plus Nahzir let her know how he knew him. I cannot wait for book 2 because I want to see what happens next between the two of them. Maybe even get to know more about Hunter and why he cheated on Solar and did her wrong for so many years.

Just when I thought I loved another character Grey has written about Nahzir takes the cake! I am just overly smitten with this man and he is my favorite book bae by Grey of all times. I hope Hunter is in the corner crying his little eyes out about what he no longer have. And I hope Solar (great name) gets it together and doesn’t go back. Her and Nahzir together is perfection!!!

Surprisingly good
This story was great and the turn of events, icing on the cake. The surprise was in the writing. I'd expected another love story with girl meets guy falls in love get her heart broken. This is different. I cant wait to see how this ends because I'm pretty sure it won't be what I expect and that will make it 10 times better.
