This author is one of my favorites. You never know what she is going to write next. My eyes light up like a kid in a candy store whenever she releases a new book. She is so talented and her books are nothing but magical and take you away to magical places, losing yourself in them as you read the entire story. I LOVED this book of poems. My favorites were, "The Art of You," and "Believe," but I absolutely loved them all. She even had beautiful pictures to flow with the beautiful words she had written. This was well worth the read. If you are a lover of poetry, and even if you are not, kick back and relax, allowing this author's poetic words to soothe you and take you away from life for a moment. Highly recommend.

It spoke to me

As a poet, I am always curious at what whirls about in other poets minds. Cheryl is filled with a light that brightened my day, and reading each selection, I couldn’t pick just one, but there were too many to mention that rang the bells of my senses. These run the gamut from being almost soulful in their sadness, to magical with a thousand butterflies taking flight. I look forward to future works of poetry from her, and I too ask myself, have I forgotten...and know that I will wake to write and read another day. Kudos and well done. A fine collection.
