Laurie Glass offers practical advice. I liked the poems that illustrate each point that she makes. They show her own struggles with this illness. She explores learning to forgive those who don't understand, and coping with jealousy for the life that you've lost. She also talks about how to cope with loss, how to work within your limitations, how to be gentle with yourself, and listening to your body's needs.
