Brief but Helpful
I needed help with deleting books on my Kindle Fire but found info on other issues I was having as well. I'm a 66 yr old grandmother and retired teacher which means I'm rather old school. A few of the terms used in the book were probably understood by most but not having prior knowledge in my tech skill set, which still left me with questions. In teaching, I learned to not assume my students prior knowledge of vocabulary/terms. When you are an expert in a certain field, the vocabulary comes second nature and you forget that those outside your field don't recognize the tech jargon such as the author used. I SHOULD know but I don't so I'm still left with gaps in my skill set to troubleshoot my Kindle. I know more than before I read the book so that's a good thing. Most of you reading this book will understand so don't let my deficiencies stop you from reading. The author has done a very good job at targeting the problem and giving the solution in a brief but concise manner. I will read more of his tech help books.
