Steven Alexander Wright is an Oscar-winning American film producer, comedian, actor and writer. About 1/4 of these quotes are just comments from interviews and are not intended to be funny. Another five quotes are repeated, meaning someone didn't bother to proofread before publication. So you have about 80 quotes in all. Some are quite funny, but I'm not sure $3.00 is a fair price for a few witty observations, even if they are by a genius like Wright.
