Not gonna lie, Sampler: Contemporary Music Graphics hits different if you read it on a gray, rainy afternoon. Adrian Shaughnessy sets a mood and just lets it settle over you, no fluff, no rush. The ending is a little thin, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Great for cozy melancholy, skip if you want sunshine.
