I'm glad that I read to the end. I was more impressed towards the end of the book at some of the tips that were more applicable. I read this through out the last 2 months. Its not a book to read in one sitting because the whole book is on teaching kindness. Over all it got a bit repetitious. I also didn't agree with some of the concepts in this book so that's why its a 3 star for me.

Do you read self help books?
We don’t have small children at home so I wasn’t sure if this book would be for us.
But I ended up loving it!
Teaching Kids to be Kind talks about the importance of self care and being kind to yourself!
One of my favorite tips:
When you need to be honest, focus on the positive. Ask yourself, is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?💗
(Something I need to work on)
Thank you @towardwellbeing for gifting us a copy of your wonderful book!

It felt like the whole book could be summed up in one sentence: your kids will learn to be kind if they see you being kind. Maybe that's not obvious to everyone, but it feels like common sense to me.
