Oh wow Leah Sharelle. Just as good as your bikers
Lakes life is fast and busy and hectic. She is the sole guardian to her brother and sister after her parents died. She didn't have time for a relationship. Until Carson Hogan walked into her cafe. And boy was it love at first sight. But Lake didn't think Carson would be interested in Her as she came with baggage.
Carson Hogan had an ex wife who he still paid alimony to even though she is married again. He has two grown daughters who he also still supports even though they living their own lives and he has a son who is seriously a mini Carson and the only one happy to be with his dad. So when he walked into Lakes cafe he fell in love and he would do anything to keep her and make her his. But his wife and daughters hd other plans
This first book in this series was awesome. It got me hooked from the first page till the end. Carson and Lake made me fall in love with both of them and I rooted for them from the start. This book had chemistry/steam/suspense/drama and an outcome you won't want to believe. I really can't wait for the next book in this series❤️❤️

Lake Campbell has been dealt with more blows then one should at her age. Raising her siblings and running her families bakery is difficult but she is a fighter and has no plans in changing things. Does she wish she could have an easier life, definitely so when she meets Carson Hogan she takes a chance.
Firefighter Carson Hogan has done everything he can to provide for his family. Even when he divorced his wife he still gave her money for her ridiculous spending habits, but he is growing tired of it. His daughters seem to share the same attitude as his ex but his son is all him. When he meets Lake, he feels it instantly. There is something about her he wants to explore and even though he has a difficult schedule he is making time to fit Lake and her family in his life. I absolutely loved this one, one of those books you want to pick up and reread right away. I thought the chemistry between Lake and Carson was spectacular and I thoroughly enjoyed the family dynamic with Lake and Carson's son as well. Terrific read.

I enjoyed this fast paced sexy, suspenseful read very much. The characters are very well defined and feel like family. Well most of them, a few of the characters I just wanted to slap upside the head.

This is not my first book, but it is the first in this brand new series. Ok what to say about this book. I loved it!! We get a little bit of everything with this book.
Carson is a hot older fireman who meets his "sprite" when he needs some goodies to charm the socks off of some investors. Lake is a sweet young lady who has the weight of the world on her shoulders. When the two of them get together the sweetness levels rise as well as the chemistry level. They both are made for each despite everything they are out through.
I can not wait for the next in the series. Looking forward into seeing just who is next.

This book was so much fun! I couldn't help but fall in love with the characters, and there were some turns that caught me by surprise! It's different from previous books by this author, but still everything we've come to love about her writing!
Lake has had a life filled with hard knocks, but is still a happy person. She lost her parents at a time when most people are only beginning their adult lives, and took custody of he 2 minor siblings. She owns a struggling diner that she is determined to make successful. But regardless of how much is thrown at her, she goes about her day with a smile on her face. There is just one tiny thing missing from her life......
Carson is a firefighter, with a failed marriage behind him. He has 3 kids, and a crazy ex. He is content with his life, until he spots Lake when he goes to get cupcakes, and that was enough to change his whole world. Despite an age gap, and lack of support from his older children, there is an undeniable connection between Lake and Carson.
This book was really great. I enjoyed the banter between Carson and Lake, as well as their fiery connection. There were a few surprises along the way, that kept me reading, and the story was written in such a way, that I couldn't help but be pulled into the story. I can't wait for more stories in this series!

Not sure where to start with this review but, I guess I will just say that this author has done it yet again! After reading the Wounded Soul's Series that happened to be one of my top favorite MC Series for 2018 started wondering if the next series she wrote would be able to hold a candle to the last one but, Leah has done it again and made us fall in love all over again with her brand-new character's in this brand-new series. We loved the first book in this brand-new series, and we read it cover to cover in just one sitting. The story was filled with so many amazing characters that you could not help but, fall in love with them all.
The story had drama, instant attraction, great friendships, hot sex, betrayals, sadness and pain, love, self sacrifices and so much more. The story had character's that had lives that were filled with struggles and hardships but, no matter what those obstacles were, their lives were filled with love happiness and for one in particular a crazy ex.
Lake-We loved her because she was sweet kind, caring, protective of her family, she was filled with determination and independence, was a role model for her brother and sisters, was sassy and flirty, and had one heck of a vibrant personality that was filled with feistiness and shouldered a lot of responsibility for someone so young.
Carson-We found him to be adorable, sexy as sin, loving caring, protective, possessive sweet, kind and a man who instantly knew the girl he just met was destined to be his wife. Carson was easy to love with his easy going personality and his flirtatiousness ways. Lake says, "he is a hunky hose man that gives a girl mini orgasms." lol, Well, we totally agree with her observations. Grins.....
We really enjoyed the stories plot but, what made this story was its character's as they all played a part in its outcome. The chemistry between Lake and Carson was instantaneous and hot as he**. This couple had an age gap yet, none of it mattered because they were perfect for one another. We loved being on Carson and Lake's journey as it was not an easy one but, filled with so much love that, they would weather all the twists and turns and the storms to come.
The author did an amazing job starting this brand-new series, and we are so looking forward to the next in this ongoing series. We also loved that some of these characters were connected to some of the character's from the Wounded Souls clan because we sure do miss them.
Loved it and We totally recommend it!
Goes into the keeper pile to be read time and time again.

This book was an amazing and funny story that had me laughing one minute and screaming at my kindle the next because we have some serious meddling people who just wanted to keep Carson and Lake apart.
Carson is a fireman and he loves his job. He has a loving family with his children but his ex-wife is a hot mess and she is all about the money and what it can buy her. His life gets hectic at work one day and he has to have investors come in the fire house to impress them he knows he needs some good food so he goes across the street to the bakery where he gets more than sweets. He gets an eyeful of a gorgeous woman he wants.
Lake has had a rough go at life. She has lost her parents and now is the soul caretaker of her brother and sister who are younger. She is also in charge of the bakery that is in trouble and her house that is falling apart. With all this on her mind you would think her boyfriend would be there for her but no he goes running for the hills because she has to much responsibility and he wants nothing to do with it.
Then one day at work she is there and in comes a smoking hot fireman looking at her and setting her insides on fire. She wants him but she knows she already has a lot on her plate. But Carson is persistent and he wins her heart over only now they have meddling people to deal with. Can they get over it and be a couple or will they just be friends?

I loved, loved, loved this story.
I was pulled into this book right from the get go and stayed there until I had read every single word that was written, all the time watching the story play out in my head just like a little mini movie.
There are surprises all the way through the book, some are large, some are small, some you will see coming where as others you won't, but they all have a hand in making this a truly fantastic read.
I found myself going through the emotions along with the characters, I probably shed a few more tears than they did, but that is me I am a big softie. There were a few occasions in the book that the emotions the characters were dealing really pulled on my heart strings and I wanted to give them a great big hug. I know that it doesn't matter how many times I read this book, I will go through everything again at the same places.
I highly recommend this book and the MC series that she has written.
I am so looking forward to what is next from Leah Sharelle, she is one of my favourite authors and one that no matter what she writes I know I will be reading it.

Leah Sharelle is an outstanding author whom I absolutely love reading. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and I found it easy to emerse myself with these charecters and get emotionally involved. This book was incredibly well written and flowed easy from page to page.
Lake is an incredibly sweet girl with a sassy side who seems to see the beauty in everything, she has faced absolute tragic loss and can still face the world with a smile and a laugh, her siblings are everything to her. Carson ia a strong Alpha man who loves his kids and his job as a firefighter, he would do anything for those he loves and he will protect them at all costs. Through drama and tragedy these two will light their world on fire.
I would recommend this book and author to anyone who loves a beautiful love that is epuc and touches your soul and plays with your heart. This is an author I would automatically buy her books and I hope you love her books as much as I have. Happy Reading ♡

HOLY GUACAMOLE but does Leah Sharelle know how to start a new series with a bang! I fell in love with Leah’s writing in her MC series so the bar was set sky high with this new one and boy did she leap lightyears above it! Into the Fire is as sweet as it is sexy with some of the best instalove I have ever read, delicious heat and drama that has you gasping. Basically everything needed for an unputdownable read is in the pages of this book.

Ok this is my first review so bare with me lol
First off i loved the Wounded Souls MC series so i knew i would love this book no problem, and i was right 😊
Reading about Lake and Carsons relationship was amazing i love older men and younger girls romances always have, so i loved how possessive and alpha male Carson was with Lake and that they found that intense all consuming love for each was really good i also love the bond they both had with the kids. First off i loved the Wounded Souls MC series so i knew i would love this book no problem, and i was right 😊
Reading about Lake and Carsons relationship was amazing i love older men and younger girls romances always have, so i loved how possessive and alpha male Carson was with Lake and that they found that intense all consuming love for each was really good i also love the bond they both had with the kids. Definitely did not like Carson's ex wife or his daughters i just wanted to slap them silly 😂🤣
But all in all i really loved Into the Fire and can't wait for the next book 😊

Lake has had a rough time with the added responsibity of raising her younger brother and sister, as well as run the allaying family bakery. Carson is the fire station boss, and he has his own set of problems with a psycho ex and two daughters who are just like their mother, as well as protecting his son from the craziness. As soon as he sees Lake in the bakers, there is an instant attraction between them. This is a beautifully written story which is fast paced, and filled with suspense, humour, passion, and love. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I cannot wait to read more from this talented author, whose work I highly recommend for all.

I really enjoyed this book!! My only complaint was that it was too short I wanted it to continue going! This was my second Leah Sharelle book but the first in this series (as it’s the first one to begin with) and I was not disappointed. I loved her style of writing after reading a book from her last series and I will definitely be following along on this series as the books come out. My heart really fell for Lake, so much so that I could feel her emotions coming off the page as she tries to keep everything together after the loss of her parents. Meeting Carson by chance and the sparks flying was nothing either of them expected, and from there it was a ripple effect of a fast paced unrealistic relationship, but enjoyable for the purpose of the story nonetheless. I also liked that it wasn’t the perfect HEA ending like most books do; this one left off with the aftermath of what happened (you’ll have to read to find out) and while Carson and Lake are living HEA there are still aspects of their life that aren’t perfectly fallen into place. Can’t wait for the next installment in this series!

Fantastic start to new series! I loved this book,father of 3 and local fireman,Carson is asked to go pick up food from the cafe across the road.
Lake is 23 and tasked with custody of her sister and brother after their parents death and running the cafe,in walks the sexy man in his uniform and sparks fly! Even though Carson is older,he is one sexy alpha! Oh and he has super sweet son but 2 crazy daughters & ex wife! Who I really really wanted to punch!
Also loved that Jason and few of the wounded souls mc popped up.

This is the first book I have read from Leah. This was an intense romantic fast paced intense love story. Lake owns a cafe and is raising her sister and brother. She is dealing with alot. One day when at her cafe a sexy fireman walks in and from that day on her life changes completely. But will an evil witch and her two daughters take it all away? I freaking loved this storyline and characters. It was intense gripping steamy suspenseful and interesting from beginning to end. I can't wait to read more from this writer.So glad I decided to read this one.

Another fabulous book and a great start to another series!!! These books will definitely be on my auto buy list. Lake has been doing it on her own for so long when Carson first burst into her life I wasn't sure how she was gonna react. I loved that even on there first date they involved all the kids and you can tell there both super serious. Im glad that Carson's crazy ex doesn't scare Lake off and that in the end they conquer all.

Amazing new series!
Into the Fire was a perfect way to start the Firemen Do It Better series. I love the chemistry between Carson and Lake. This book has everything I love in a great story, feisty heroine, hot alpha hero, sizzling sexy hot scenes, and family drama. Leah Sharelle has become a must read for me!

Lake and Carson were so dang good! I loved the chemistry between them! This story had me flipping the pages until i finished it! With everything going on outside of them, it took everything Lake and Carson had to get to the other side! I can't wait for more from Leah Sharelle!

WOW!!! I absolutely loved this book. Carson and Lake’s instant attraction is hot!! Throw in a trouble making psychotic ex, cameos from the wounded souls ( which I loved) this was another awesome book from Leah that I couldn’t put down.

When Carson and Lake meet at her cafe sparks fly, he came in there for some catering but got a little bit more. Lake seeing the hunky fireman could not help but blurt out what she thought.
And Carson was all for it , their romance bloomed quick, but it was definitely not easy especially with his grown kids in the way and the ex wife who was married to someone else interfering and this story took a twist I did not see coming. Who could you trust?

Lake Campbell is the legal guardian of her brother and sister and owner and manager of a local cafe. She is literally scraping through on a song and a prayer but at twenty-three is doing remarkably well all things considered. Enter one hunky, hot hose man! 😉 Fire station boss, Carson Hogan, is a divorced father of three who walks into Lake’s cafe and likes what he sees.
This story has that feel good touch right from the beginning however there is so much more. Great stand up characters help to make this book as well as some real stinkers too! The old good and evil characters? Well these evil ones I think wrote the book on how to be selfish, self-centred, narcissistic individuals and that’s putting it mildly. Why am I spending so much effort describing them? Well they play a huge part in this story and they do make it very interesting and at times quite nail bitingly nerve wracking too!
The lead characters might have an age gap but it doesn’t make any impact at all, Lake had to grow up very quickly after her parents death at the age of twenty. Plus she was always a quieter, more mature type of girl. For Carson it was his second chance to fall in love and without a doubt he deserved it.
So what does this story offer readers? Romance and passion, drama and suspense, family values and work ethics in a small town community, all the emotions including good humour and so much more.
