Scott Lobdell (born 1960) is an American comic book writer.
He is mostly known for his work throughout the 1990s on Marvel Comics' X-Men-related titles specifically Uncanny X-Men, the main title itself, and the spin-off series that he conceived with artist Chris Bachalo, Generation X. Generation X focused on a number of young mutant students who attempted to become superheroes in their own right at a separate school with the guidance of veteran X-related characters Banshee and Emma Frost. He also had writing stints on Marvel's Fantastic Four, Alpha Flight, and The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix mini-series with artist Gene Ha. He wrote the script to Stan Lee's Mosaic and an upcoming film from POW Entertainment featuring Ringo Starr. He also participated in the Marvel Comics and Image Comics (from Jim Lee's WildStorm) crossover mini-series WildC.A.T.s/X-Men.
Great story of the All New All Different Alpha Flight. The stories that gave us a greater background to the new team time travel paradoxes, magic, the original team (just like the last series - the original team and the new team create one big team by the end of this series) We don't to find out what happens to them (just like the last time) Possible Greg Pak's story will connect the dots.
Some times, I was not sure if one series happened before or after or in a different universe - nothing was given to us, but the stories were good and fun.
The art by Henry and Ross the colors by Morales and McKenna were beautiful.
Time travel hurts my head. But I love that no one else seemed to understand what was going on either. The covers were brilliant homages. Tbh the art overall was great. And bearded time travelled Maple Leaf was my favourite. I lost track of the story quite early on and just went along for the ride. And the end made absolutely no sense, but hey ho.
