Miles Little was professor of surgery at Westmead Hospital, Sydney, Australia. He set up the Centre for Values, Ethics and the Law in Medicine at the University of Sydney in 1995. His publications reflect his interests in philosophy of medicine, bioethics, public discourse and axiology.
