A handy reference/recipe book for muffins. She explains why you will find baking soda in some recipes and baking powder in others.

I have also learnt, thanks to Susan, that I can freeze my baked muffins and simply refresh in a moderate oven for 15 mins. This means that muffins are always available in the house now.... breakfast, coffee with friends, even dessert.

This is a fantastic little book for baking delicious muffins. all recipes are very clear and simple and work every time.
