Rounded up from 3.5 because I know some of you, or at least your kids, will get a real kick out of this take on "Seven in One Blow." I empathize with 'shrinking' Violet dreaming of a prince, as I read too many fairy tales as a child and spent too much time dreaming of my hero, too.

Read for Children's Books group, June 2021, "birds" theme... but honestly, the birds aren't much more than just kids with wings that are prey of bullfrogs, snapping turtles, and foxes (instead of ogres, giants, and dragons).
