Loved this book! It kept me turning the pages and staying up too late because I couldn't put it down. Would Welsh survive and bring the truth to light? Or would the evil and greedy win the day. The action kept me on edge and the characters, who were so well-rounded, became real to me. Welsh must jump through one hurdle after another in this fast-paced novel.
The writing is both professional and flowing. It reminds of of greats like Tom Clancy and Lee Child.. I can't believe that this is the author's first novel. I am looking forward to the second.

This is a suspenseful book with a lot of twists. You know the hero and the villain early. The suspense comes in seeing who will be successful. Add to that that one of the characters doesn’t know he is wrapped up in this conflict. Add some romance. Add some international settings and sites. Throw in some humor and you have this page turning book.

Read this book as part of a book club and the author joined us. The book was not my kind of book to read. Lots of military jargon.
