What a great Box Set Ava Bloom has put together here for us, all the books are great but together they are fantastic, I personally rate every book in this set as a Five Star read.
Rugged : Mallory meets Derrick at the bar where he is working, he's hot and there is something about him that well it draws her. The feeling is mutual and once these two connect things are never going to be the same for either of them.
The story is super hot with incredible chemistry and was a fun sexy read but it also has some serious moments too. Very well done Ava!
Broken : I have to say for a book of its length Ava Bloom packed it with so much emotion, chemistry and a great storyline that I could not stop reading it and I'm sure anyone else who starts it will be the same. I really liked the characters, especially Payton, it took a strong lady to forgive Connor for dumping her, because he couldn't cope with a long distance relationship. But then if he hadn't maybe she wouldn't have become the successful person she is today?
Connor, I liked too, I felt for him, divorce is always hard especially when there are children involved and it took a big man to ring up the girl he dumped so long ago and ask for help. When these two meet again, old feelings come to the fore and their chemistry is still there. I loved this one, it was an emotional read but an enjoyable one.
Fallen : This book was full of suspense and drama all about Melody who was running/hiding from a drug cartel, not very successfully because they do catch her at the beginning of the book and beat her cruelly. They left her to die in the snow but Matthew, a retired Seal, finds her just in time and takes her back to his cabin so she can heal.
Is she now safe from the drug cartel, or will they realize she is still alive and come back to finish the job?
Will Matthew be able to keep her safe? Will, what they feel turn into love? Great characters and a fantastic storyline.

i read this box set as part of an arc program. This set includes Rugged, Broken and Fallen.
Rugged- I really enjoyed this romance between Derrick and Mallory. Mallory and her friends went on a ski vacation as part of a bachelorette party and Mallory wanted to try and work as much as she could while there. One night they went into town to go to a bar and Mallory met Derrick, who was the bartender. When her friends wanted to leave, Mallory considered staying to talk to Derrick, but left anyway. The next day, Derrick was out running and he saw Mallory taking pictures. Derrick stopped and offered to take her to a look-off to take some more pictures. Derrick thought he would invite Mallory out, but decided she was too snobbish for him. When they continued to run into each other, Derrick invited Mallory to ski with him and they spent the day together. They had a connection, but Derrick was unsure how to act because he was used to being in a small town and hadn't dated since he returned from the military. Mallory was a workaholic and was used to the big city. When events lead to Mallory and her friends lost in a storm, Derrick finds them and rescues them. I liked this book, i liked that Derrick and Mallory had a great connection and just seemed to be together. I liked that Derrick knew he had issues and he wanted to work through them. I liked that Mallory learned what was really important.
Broken- This is the second chance romance between Payton and Connor. They were high school sweethearts until Connor broke up Payton when he decided to join the military. Payton went on to become a very successful divorce lawyer. Fifteen years later, Connor calls Payton for help with his divorce and getting custody of his two small children. Payton goes back home to help him and realizes she still has feelings for him. Payton knows she has to keep it professional because she doesn't want to be hurt again. When Connor's soon to be ex-wife brings abuse charges against Connor, Payton knows he could never hurt his kids and she will do anything to help him. Connor and Payton slowly become friends again and soon Payton gives into her attraction to Connor. They begin a relationship and Payton wonders what will happen when she has to return to her job. This was a good story. I really liked Connor and thought he really did love Payton and regrets leaving her.
Fallen- This is the romance between Matthew and Melody. Matthew was the CEO of a large security company he started with his ex-wife after he retired from the Navy SEALS. When Matthew and his wife divorced, he lost interest in running the company, so he hired people to do it for him and moved to the mountains. Matthew was happy living alone in the woods and was getting ready to face a snow storm. When he went to check his traps, he found an unconscious woman almost frozen to death after being beaten. Matthew knew it was too long to wait for help, so he took her back to his cabin and tried to help her. Melody was on the run from a drug cartel after drugs she was smuggling for them were stolen. melody knew she didn't have the money to pay for them, so she knew the cartel wanted to kill her. Melody was desperate for money because her mother was sick and they needed the money to pay for the hospital bills. When the cartel found Melody, they dragged her into the woods and beat her, leaving her for dead knowing the snow storm was coming. When Matthew got her back to the cabin, he called the ranger's station to tell them he found her, unknowing he could alert the cartel she was still alive. Matthew nursed Melody back to health and he wanted to know what happened to her, but Melody was scared he would ask her to leave and she had nowhere else to go. Matthew knew Melody was involved in something bad and he wanted to protect her. They grew close over the time Melody was at the cabin and soon they developed an attraction to one another. But danger was closing in and the cartel came back looking for Melody. I liked this story, it had hints of heat and danger. I found it fast paced and a good read. I really liked Matthew and thought he was a really good guy who wanted to help Melody and protect her, he grew to care for her and realized she helped him care about life again.
This is a good set that features three stories with alpha males. I love reading box sets, i think they are a great value and i get to read all of a series from my favorite authors. Great set.

This is a great collection of three books all about men who have decided to be alone but fate as more in store for them. This is a perfect introduction t Ava's work if it is new to you and a wonderful refresher if you already read her The set consists of the following books
RUGGED
Derrick is working as a bar tender in a mountain resort since he returned from the military He meets Mallory but is afraid that she is out of his league but there is definitely a connection between them When a storm puts Mallory and her friends in danger it will be Derrick who saves the day Can anything further develop between these two or will it just be a holiday fling
BROKEN
Payton and Connor where childhood sweethearts but when Connor was about to join the military he broke it off and broke her heart The reason that he never explained was that he didn't think it was fair to expect her to do a long distance romance at her age. Now she is one of the top divorce lawyers in the country and he needs her services. When he retired he married and has two young children he is divorcing his wife after finding her cheating and in revenge she is claiming he abused his children when these two meet again all the old feeling come to the surface will she be able to win his case for him and will he get a second chance when he explains his reasons for what he did.
FALLEN
She got into the grip of the cartel in an attempt to pay her mothers medical bills and now they have almost beaten her to death and left her to die in the snow. Matthew is the CEO of his own company and a retired seal he is trying to get over a major loss so he has retreated to his cabin in the mountains. When he finds Melody almost dead he takes her to his cabin to recuperate s the weather is to bad to get her to a hospital as she recovers emotion starts to grow between them but Melody knows she is putting Matthew in danger by staying with him. When the cartel comes after her again will Matthew be able to keep the woman he has grown to love safe This is a roller-coaster ride with plenty of danger and suspense guaranteed to keep you turning the pages
These are all great stories different enough that you can read them after one another without it feeling like same story different names as you do with some authors I would highly recommend this box set

ONE FANTASTIC ADVENTURE!!!!
OMG! Wow! I don't know if I have the words to express the great magnitude of excitement this killer collection brings forth. Man, talk about extreme measures. This is one remarkable collection that you truly do not want to miss. All the emotional trama, heartache, loss and anger really fuel this bad boy for one incredible adventure. Man, this is one non-stop action packed, fast paced, hard hitting, nerve racking, page turning thrill ride that grabs your attention from start to finish. This bad boy takes us on one wild rollercoaster ride through back allies, blacktops, long dark roads trying to stay afloat in a raging river with so much drama, tension, fear, uncertainty, suspense and danger lurking from every shadow. Frozen on a razors edge, barely breathing, heart pounding, pulse racing and trying to stay one step ahead of the bad guys while running out-of-luck. An amazing collection of three seperate short standalones with fantastic storylines . They each have lots of drama, are sweet with sexy scenes, emotional, steamy, and include some violence and suspense. The characters are strong, well developed, interesting, and have an amazing steamy connection. I was addicted to each and every story from begining to end in the must read entertaining collection.

Damaged is a compilation of books by Ava Bloom. Each of the books tell a different story but each one leaves you breathless. They will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride and you will need to bring some tissues. I really enjoyed reading this book. I am voluntarily writing an honest review about these books.

A great box set
Rugged has my favorite cover... but Fallen is my favorite story.
Besides a few small typos all three stories were well written in the sense of imagining the scenes as they were written.
I'd highly recommenc this box set.
Opinions are my own and unbiased in this review. I borrowed this book through Kindle Unlimited.

I really enjoyed reading Damaged a 3 book, book set.
I really liked all 3 books. Great characters, the plot is fantastic, the chemistry between the main characters are sizzling. You'll get plenty of drama, sizzling heat and your emotions go on a rollercoaster ride. A definite must read!

Each book great read. Well thought out theme and characters. Even though each story there was a tragedy to overcome, they were able to find a way together to find happiness and love.

A box set of unrelated stories. I did read these individually but it’s always nice to have a box set (plus it’s a good deal). None of these stories are very long and because they are stand-alone, they’re great to read when your time is limited. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

I loved this box set, there is so much passion, chemistry and romance. The characters are so real, I loved the powerful imagery and vivid descriptions.

I have not read a bad book from this author yet and this book is no exception! The great plot and character development kept me so engaged throughout the entire book that I had a very hard time putting this book down until the very last page was turned!
