Welcome to my author page. My pen name is Rowan Thalia. I published my first novel on February 14, 2019.

I discovered very early on that I loved writing. Poetry was my first love and form of expression. I’ve written poems since I was sixteen and have quite the collection by now! Some of them you can find in my two poetry anthologies.

I’ve always been an avid reader and writer of short stories. My favorite author of all time is Anne Rice. In fact my pen name stems from one of her characters, Rowan, from The Witching Hour.

It wasn’t until 2017 that I decided to push through and write a full-length novel. I started Binding Rayne (which went through several title changes at first) but struggled with the direction. In the middle of the first draft, I happened upon the reverse-harem book community on facebook. The complicated romances rooted in my author heart and before long my book took on a new direction. The Keepers of the Talisman trilogy was born!

Since then, I have written and published many more reverse-harem romance novels, most of them paranormal in genre. Never to be one to sit idle, I’ve recently opened a second pen name - R. Thalia . With this name, I began the journey of writing my first (non-romance) paranormal thriller. I can’t wait to break out and show the book world my full range of capabilities.

Thank you for all of the support and love that has been shown toward my book babies so far, I hope to keep surprising you with bigger and better projects!

Devine!

A fitting ending to a fantastic series! I loved the ups and downs, the challenges and triumphs, the emotional journey that Rayne and her Keepers traverse; add to that some of the hottest sexy times I have read and you have a yourself an amazing book! The growth and strengthening of the characters and their relationships build such foundation that I was disappointed to see the story finish. I love the hope the last few lines leave me with. Highly recommended.

Saving Rayne is the final book in Rowan Thalia's Keepers of The Talisman series. In this book, the war breaks that the author has been building up to. The story picks right up where book two ended and plows forward full pelt to what is waiting to come...the war with OmVin. Prepare for lots of steamy scenes between Rayne and her men, and what's more...get ready for some serious twists, surprises, and unexpected revelations.
Saving Rayne is the most intense novel out of all three. The author gives me what I expected, what I didn't expect and what I hoped for with this book. We get the war between Rayne's coven and the OmVin, but of course, the author doesn't leave them to tackle this fight alone. I will admit that I was worried that the author would give us this fight and that everything goes their way, but that is not the case. This makes me happy of course because while I don't side with the bad guys, I don't want everything perfect because what in life really is? As I said above, there are QUITE a few steamy scenes so grab a fan, a cold drink, or just take a cold shower after reading because this book promises to steam up your life. LOL!
There isn't anything that I really didn't like about this book. For me, it's more balanced than the others and the author's growth with this series truly shows and shines through with this novel. I liked the surprises, and the twists that I didn't see coming.
I am rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. I applaud the author on how well this series has turned out and I truly enjoyed being allowed along for the ride. The characters truly develop and grow all around and become stronger. This story shines beautifully and gives the reader a satisfying ending. If you read the first two books in this series and enjoyed them, then I highly recommend you pick this book up.

A big fan of the ending

It’s really nice to see what happens after all the fighting, seeing them just be a family when they went on holiday, where most books just end after and leave you wanting more.

Good series

All in all the series was good. Lots of steam. I do wish it had gone on a little longer so we found out what happened with Queen Rayne.
