Poorly written, badly structured. Basically written as a sales pitch for Outreach with a collection of blog posts from other people cobbled in between. Skip this book and spend time elsewhere.
Great primer on effectively creating scalable sales engagement
Although it’s heavily biased towards Outreach’s own product (which is fair), the book pools from multiple sources and thought leaders in the growing Sales Development movement to help cover what you should look for in tooling, creating playbooks, coaching reps, etc. Very excited to take these lessons and test them with my team!
