Storyline held my attention as these Vernon and Valentina's selfless nature was evident. Valentina's reliability to her family's needs made her a great character. I felt Jeremy didn't care as much as he claimed. I liked Mali and his take charge attitude. Great read

Sweet Love
I was so glad when Jeremy and Valentina broke up because he was so selfish and inconsiderate of her mom's health and her trying to be there for her brother. That's what families do. I like how Mali showed care and compassion for Valentina the first day that they reconnected. I don't like how Mali's parents are racist towards our own people and wanted Mali not to help Vernon when he owed Vernon for doing a bid for him. I don't like how Mali's mom was trying to manipulate him to marry Felicia by lieing stating she was pregnant. I'm glad that Mali's parents did extend an olive branch to Vernon and Valentina's mom and they chose Valentina for Mali to marry. I can't wait to read Graham and Prism's story.

STAY WOKE!
I swear, people will go to the extremes to stay relevant. I applaud Mali for having backbone. Shenaé, YOU NEVER DISAPPOINT! HONEY, I stay finding myself in your books lol. Valentina just needed "Sumn Real" like what Trey Songz said about Jill (Scott). Baby, she is about to live her best life. My favorite part of this book was the kitchen scene lol. I died and came back to life. What I love most about your writing is that you can visualize it. I love the fact that I can see the scenes being played out as I'm reading. I can't wait for Book 2. Graham is taking no prisoners boo. Prism, he's coming for you girl. He's coming to get you lol! My take away was "If there is no communication, there is no relationship." Black Girl, YOU ROCK!!!!

Hmmmm
It was good. I like that they got their HEA but I didn’t feel Mali & Tina’s connection like I felt Prism & Graham’s. Could be just because they’re different people or because they didn’t haven’t the same personal obstacles idk. It was good but I didn’t love it. Doesn’t matter, this is the only book that I’ve read of yours that didn’t make me wanna comb the streets for my very own Amari, Rahim, or hell an Aali, BUT it won’t stop me from reading the rest of your work. Your writing gives me everything I want: a WORD, strong men and women(either inside or out) and last but not least happily ever afters. I’m here for all of it.

Hart Falls
I’m still trying to get use to Hart Falls practice of arranged marriages. It is an interesting proposition in modern times and I’m enjoying the provocation of my thoughts. Being a lawyer I usually hate to read about lawyers but the way these families and men are presented is very satisfying. I love Valentina. She is such a loyal person to her family. As it turns out her brother Vernon is just as loyal. Mali wanted to honor his parents by honoring tradition but he was his own man too. Thank God Graham was able to give him some perspective. On to Prism and Graham’s story!

Love and heartache
I absolutely loved this book. When I got to the end, I wasn’t satisfied, I needed more. Their story was so cute, but deep and challenging at the same time. Mali and Valentina didn’t know what they wanted or was missing until they were thrown I to each other’s lives. They faced obstacle after obstacle that tried to break their connection. This book flowed well, and it gave you love and heartache at the same time. I loved the ending, but was sad that it was over. I can’t wait for the next story and hopefully an update on this one.

Mali & Valentina
Give me Mali! I just loved their story and want to know what Mali is going to say to his mother after what she and Felicia tried to do. I knew Felicia was on some shady stuff, her vibe threw me all the off. I loved Valentina hustle. Her giving to others and not asking for it in return warmed my heart. Even though she needed it she wasn’t gonna put up a fuss for it. Jeremy is whack and what he did opened the door wide open for Mali to show Valentina that is the man that she needs. Their love is gonna be something amazing when it blooms.

Girl, these arranged marriages are something else. These parents need to mind their business. Good job for Mali taking control of his love life. He was stubborn and giving at the same time. Good girls love them bad boys though. Valentina said that without communication there is no relationship...all she had to do was ask questions for clarification but that doesn’t eliminate Mali from being open either. Btw...these novellas are a trip!!! Until next Tim ✌🏾

Wow just wow!!!
Mali and Valetina definitely are now a favorite couple of mine. Mali is such a holy hoodlum in every since of the word. And Valetina I love her stubbornness but how she is so willing to pour all of herself into other people while abandoning herself. These two gave me so many feels that I'm all over the place. I literally felt their energy jumping off the pages. Amazing job Shenae I cannot wait for part 2!

I enjoyed Mali and Valentina story. The way that everything came about it showed it was meant to be. I was glad when Mali mention that he was going to capitalize off his mother, it made me feel good because his mother was wrong for how she was going about things and then tried to clean it up. A sweet journey!
Can I just say that I love Vernon for being such a stand up guy😍 Mali and Valentina had a magnetic kind of chemistry that had them drawn to each other. It was so strong that they would have found their way back to each other no matter what! With All My Trust was short and sweet but took us on a heartfelt journey! I hope to hear more about their growth together in the next book. Great read!!

Arranged marriages when thinking about the concept is far fetched. But this author makes it seem so real. Mali & Tina were an example of growing in love. When the book ended it definitely left the reader wanting more of their story. Their souls were tied before their betrothal began.

I love arranged marriages
I don’t know what it is about books with arranged marriages but I just love them. The little twist of their arrangement added the depth to make this not as conventional and I appreciated that. Cute story and I can’t wait to hear more from this little town.

Mali and Valentina were destined for each other. You can feel their chemistry from the beginning. I’m glad her and Jeremy broke up because he was too selfish. I’m just glad arranged marriages don’t exists in my world because I don’t think I can do it. Can’t wait to read more.

Valentina played herself. Like you just cancelled that man without even talking to him or giving him a chance to explain/trying to talk things through. She let other people's relationship with Mali effect her/their relationship. Mali better than me because you won't get that many chances to play with me/my heart.

Good Reading
I enjoyed Mali and Valentina's love story. Untraditional as Hart Falls is I can't wait to read the other stories. I was pumped for Graham and Prism's story. But enjoyed reading about how much Mali wanted to care of Valentina every women needs a Mali.

Just Keep On Blessing Us

Good series so far!
This series is shaping out to be a favorite. I was surprised to see Valentine and Mali first. Hopefully in the coming books we can find out how their courtship ended. I don't need a HEA just more content after the betrothed box is received.
