Dark Legacy #2

Broken Trust

Rate this book
They think they own me now. They think they’ve won, and that I’ll be their good little soldier.

Four dangerous, damaged, messed up boys. There used to be five, but one of them died, and I’m starting to suspect he was murdered.

I didn't ask for this. No one would ask to be played, manipulated, seduced and betrayed. But that’s what happened, anyway.

It wasn’t enough for them to break me. Sebastian Beckett has decided that he can’t let me go, but I refuse to forgive and forget his betrayal so easily. His fixation is bordering on obsession, but when we begin to suspect a spy within Delta, there’s no time to deal with his feelings.

Someone is selling us out, and it’s having a dire impact.

It’s life and death hiding behind corporate greed.

Let the battle begin.

*This dark contemporary romance features four sexy, dangerous boys but is NOT a reverse harem.*

'BROKEN TRUST' is the second book in Jaymin Eve's 'Dark Legacy' series. It picks up where the previous book left off.

Where betrayal and lies walk hand in hand...

This series is like no other series I've read, even though there are so many bully books coming out now this one still has a unique aspect to it. The boys have been trained to kill at an early age, it's in their bloodstream, it flows through their veins. They will protect what is theirs even if it means hurting the one they care about and that's exactly what we saw in the first book.

This book had it all
More drama ✔️
More angst ✔️
More high school bullying ✔️
More outside threats ✔️
More twists and turns ✔️
More Beck ✔️*sighs*

I never thought it would be possible but we’re left with even More questions we want answers to..

Losing both parents tragically should've been the worst moment in Riley's life, but the betrayal from Beck, Dylan, Evan and Jasper far outweighed that tragic day. Fleeing she holes up in Dantes apartment with him since he's seemingly the only one she can trust now.

Our parents are not good people, you must already have seen that.
They will stop at nothing to get what they want.
To force our hand. If they knew that you mean't more to any of us than just the fifth seat of Delta, they would use you against us.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

But these boys aren't going to let her just walk away from them without a fight. Every day one of the guys shows up outside the apartment begging for forgiveness. But she's not one to make things easy on these boys and because of that they have a shit ton of grovelling to do.

But without the boys protection a whole lot of shit is going to go down. Riley isn't going to come out unscathed.

The boys rule the school
Every single girl wants to fuck them
Every guy wants to be them.

You've been under their protection almost from the first moment you walked in here.
If that protection disappears...worse, if it's clear that you're not one of them now,
then the vultures will tear you to fucking piece.
You've been where all of them want to be, and they're going to punish you for that.

My anticipation levels went skyrocketing, nail biting moments that kept me racing through the pages, utterly and completely un-put-down-able, once started I never stopped reading, I had to see what these authors were going to throw at us next, the punches just kept coming and coming. A series I never want to see end..

I don't want to sound rude, but the hype wasn't worth the wait. It diminished what the series success started out to be. This book screamed at me the entire time:-

☆They are just high school kids
☆None of this is possible
☆It's filled with sexist and masoginst stuff

I ignored every of those things in the last book because it was such a breath of fresh air and for all intent and purposes was an angst high school drama filled of twist and dready turns that just grips at you; and even when you know none of this is real, you still end up loving it!

But now that we are on the second book and the pedestal is kicked on a notch, I wanted it to be something more. But, instead all I got was the same stuff just with a little more predictability. This made the book slightly bit boring for me.

That said, it was the continuation of a book I really adored so I couldn't exactly hate it. Therefore, the 3.5 stars!

Now, this is my personal opinion and I'm not saying this book is bad, but it had a potential and somehow missed it's mark for me.

I just hope the authors don't ruin a fabulous written series, because this was a let down after the first one.

Here is to hoping the next one is a much better read!

Happy Reading Everyone💕!

***4 "Unconditional!!!" stars!!!***

"We are a family... You're just delaying the inevitable. The five of us, that is meant to fucking be."
(NOTE: This is NOT a reverse harem story!!!)

OMG!!!! What shits are happening to this book???
Everything had turned upside down... You really don't know what is happening in here!!!
Everything are fucked up!!! Who will you trust after all when everything is trembling down???
UGHHHHH!!!! I NEED the next and final book!!!! I NEED some answers, damn it!!!
Nothing and nobody is at it seems and i want for the masks has to pull down!!!

"That's so fucked up...
This whole world you live in, it's totally fucked up."

This book picked up exactly from the moment that the previous book left us!!!
Riley is broken from the Delta heirs's betrayal and she is refusing to have anything to do with them..
Unfortunately for her, they are not from those guys that are backing up so easily!!!
Riley is one of them now and they will be always by her side, even though she doesn't stand looking at them at the moment!!!

"My heart hurt so badly, like the fucking thing had been stabbed and was slowly dying. It was so much more than the fact I'd had to kill someone. I'd lost four guys who I'd been counting as friends... as more than friends. Family."

Riley is furious and heartbroken with them, especially with Beck, and with a good reason...
In a way they kept her in the dark and then they used someone important to her to do whatever Delta wanted from her!!! And it was a shitty thing to do!!!
She just can't get over their betrayal!!! She can't trust them anymore!!!
And she is determined to keep them in distance!!!
Unfortunately, the guys are wanting to give her a lesson and the situation escalates really fast and ugly!!!

"What the fuck, Butterf-"
"Stop... Never call me that again. I am not some fragile bug with pretty wings for you to pull off..."

"You've been under their protection almost from the first moment you walked in here.
If that protection disappears...worse, if it's clear that you're not one of them now,
then the vultures will tear you to fucking piece.
You've been where all of them want to be, and they're going to punish you for that. "

And as Riley is coming closer to them for once again, new problems are starting to rise on the horizon...
They are living in a very shitty world full of secrets, lies, betrayal, death and power...
The odds aren't with them, but they are a strong unit and they are determined to make something better of this power when it gets in their hands!!!
And they have too many shits to face and to discover and I'm dying here because i NEED the next book!!! Arrrrrr...

"Our parents are not good people, you must already have seen that.
They will stop at nothing to get what they want.
To force our hand. If they knew that you mean't more to any of us than just the fifth seat of Delta, they would use you against us...
They would hurt you Butterfly. Break those perfect wings. Destroy your fighting spirit."

Well, I understood Riley why she felt like that, but she was so damn stubborn that it got on my nerves!!!! So damn stubborn and that took a really bad turn for her!!!
She was surrounding by an enemy who was waiting the right time to hit and if there weren't for the guys to watching her, she would be destroyed in many aspects!!!!
I loved her, but damn, girl!!! So stubborn!!!

"He probably doesn't deserve you, Riley... But you're exactly what he needs."

"I've never seen Beck like this. Not ever. I think you might be the first thing he's ever wanted to fight for, Riles. He's not scared off by challenges. Your anger does not scare him either."

Sebastian keeps being my favorite... Yeah, he made a shitty move in the previous book, but the man has real feelings for this girl!!! He could do anything for her...
Okay, he was also very possessive, but I'm not complaining!!! Bahahaha...
Riley was his and he was determined to make her see it!!!

"I never hated you, Riley. I feared what another female Delta heir meant. I feared what I felt. I knew you were going to have the power to fucking destroy me, and I did everything to stop you before you started."
"Yeah, I'm like a wrecking ball. You ain't gonna get rid of me until I destroy everything first."
"Turns out you're the opposite of destructive; you're the light in the fucking darkness."

As for the rest of the guys???
I loved them all, even though Dylan started to frustrate me!!! I'm afraid that he has wrong feelings about Riley!!!
Jasper was his usual goofy self and i liked that we found more about Evan!!!
I really would love to see their stories too!!! They deserve to have their own books!!!

"Isn't that a bit dangerous?... Letting them know you guys care about me?"

And for once again, i was disappointed with most of the people in here!!! Their behaviors were unacceptable!!!
The Delta grown ups suck!!! All of them!!! And Richard disappointed me!!! Sneaky bastard!!!
And the worst of them all is dearest mama, Katherine!!! I hate this woman!!! Fucking psycho!!! I have the feeling that she had something to do with Oscar's death!!! Arrrr... I wouldn't be surprised if she did!!!
As for Dante??? I knew that he was hiding something, but hopefully, he will redeem himself!!!
And now, what will i do until August???? Arrrrrrrrrrr......

"You know you're one of us, Riley... It doesn't matter what you do, or say, or how many ways you fuck. You're always one of us."

⋰⋱⋰⋱⋰⋱*Has Lots Its Edge*⋰⋱⋰⋱⋰⋱

Riley turns 18 years old 80% into this book, meaning that the timeline from book one until the 80% point had been 2 months. 2 months are not bad, but it doesn't feel like it's been 2 months, only a couple of weeks. And frankly, I wish the timeline was longer, to make the bond feel more real. I mean, it feels to odd when Riley says things like "sitting in our usual spot" when the first time she's sat there was the day before.... That said, I've lost a bit of interest in this book as there is not build-up anymore. I like enemies turned lovers, but not when it's soo fast. And being in a relationship is apparently not a good look on Beck as he seems softer and nice almost. I liked him badass, dark and dangerous, sexy and alpha male. I felt like in this book, he lost a bit of the edge he had in book one. Overall, I still liked it somewhat, but the problems I had overshadowed what might have been a nice read.

Characters:
Riley ‘Riles’ ‘Butterfly’ ‘Spare’ Jameson (17, turns 18), orphan as her parents died in a car accident.
Sebastian ‘Beck’ Roman Becket (20), the leader of the billionaire-boys-club. A Delta’s successor -the inheritors of a fortune (Militant Delta Finances) that out masses the rest of the world’s combined. They control so much more than you can even imagine … and they have enemies. Delta controls sixty-five percent of the money in the world.
Dante, Riley's best friend. A gang member of the Grims.
→ Mrs. Catherine ‘Debitch’ Deboise, Riley's birth-mother. Deboise was a huge, worldwide bank, originating in Europe. Catherine is the daughter of one of Huntley’s CEOs, Delta's biggest enemy.
Stewart ‘Stew’, the head of staff here at Deboise Estate
Edith ‘Eddy’ Langham, of Langham Finance
Jasper Eugene Langham, Eddy's brother. A Delta’s successor.
Evan Lincoln Rothwell, his family owns half of Europe, and they fund most of the big businesses in the world. A Delta’s successor.
Dylan Grant, his family is also involved in finance and banking. A Delta’s successor.
Oscar Deboise (almost 21), was Riley's brother. He was killed a month ago. Oscar was the planned successor for the Deboise fortune. A Delta’s successor.
Brittley ‘Britt’, she’s Beck's group's pass around girl when they have nothing better to do. She’s been trying to claim one of the guys for years, but they just use her like the w**** she is.
Richard Deboise, Riley's birth-father.
Jimmy, runs car races.
→ Mr. Rome Beckett, Beck’s father.
Serena (almost 30), Dante’s older sister. Rob Laidner, who was a few years older than Serena, was a police officer, her husband. Rob was raising Dante’s niece, Chloe, like she was his own.
Katelyn Huntley, a new student at Riley's school who Eddy hacked into her school records and found out that she’s enrolled under Katelyn French, but her birth certificate has her surname as Huntley. She’s the youngest daughter of Graeme Huntley, CEO of Huntley Tech. His wife, Christie Huntley.
Sami, a fellow student of Riley who's father is a lawyer. A very rich, very powerful lawyer in New York.
Konstantin Petrov, a Russian mob boss. His daughter, Natalia Petrova.
→ Senator Green, of New York.

Quick basic facts:
Genre: - (Upper YA/NA) Dark Contemporary Romance.
Series: - Series, Book Two.
Love triangle? -
Cheating? -
HEA? -
Favorite character? - Sebastian ‘Beck’ Roman Becket.
Would I read more by this author/or of series? - Yes.

Unpopular opinion alert.

What a disappointment.

SPOILER WARNING!

I can honestly say that I have no interest in reading the last book. Wait that's not 100% true. I do want to know how they'll conclude the series but I don't want to read the whole book to find out. I'll probably just read a few reviews here on Goodreads and hope for some spoilers.

My god shit went down here like so much messed up stuff and I was on literal pins throughout.
So here we have the aftermath of the boy's betrayal Riley is smoking mad and very hurt and quite rightly so.
She has no idea who to trust now and is feeling pretty alone Dante is her only comfort after the messy fallout from the previous book.
This leads her to make some rash decisions that could have ended very differently than they actually did.

It’s this event that eventually turns the tide for them and allows her to maybe try and understand the whys of it all.
I was so invested in the unfolding drama and as much as I understand why the boys had acted the way they did, Being practically raised by Delta has given them a skewed outlook and they saw their actions as protecting Riley rather than the stab in the back she thinks it is, I also wanted to totally brain them no matter how remorseful they acted.

They’d betrayed Riley’s trust completely and she not in a forgiving mood especially towards Beck and they all definitely had there work cut out crawling back into her good graces.
There a lot going on here broken trust and further betrayals and one that really shocked me and gutted Riley.

Beck and Riley also seem to have moved to a new level in there relationship it was hard going for a while but now they seem more solid than ever.
Though Riley definitely needs to start sharing her burdens and I was screaming NO!!! at my kindle as this one drew to a close.
Again this was brilliant chock full and I’m loving this series a whole lot.
Oh and just a heads up before I go this one does have a scene with some definite triggers.

It's fiction. This is what I told myself several times, cuz some shit happens that makes me wonder how much shit can money really buy and cover up? How does trauma work? I know every fucking one deals with trauma differently, but fuck, I just . . . it's fiction.

With that said, this book is aptly named, cuz holy shit the trust roulette was all out of wack! Who are you supposed to trust? Who knows what's going on? Who's the puppet fucking master? This second book in the series has changed the way I saw every fucking character.

Fuckers I thought were weak . . . held the strings. Fuckers I thought were ride or die . . . slashed the tires. Fuckers I thought were deadly sex gods . . . continued to be, cuz holy shit Sebastian! That fuckboy is DELICIOUS! Dude knows how to use a gun,  a computer, his hands, his cock . . . fuck me and welcome to my harem!

As crazy as the first book was, this was darker. You have a new character who's a backwards recycled cock waffle that wants to start shit at school and fucking hell, the chaos she stirs. Then there's the ignorant taint biscuit, who fathered the aforementioned waffle, that showed up to the family reunion with condoms. Also,  don't forget the forever friend who's fast losing all the trust, while his fuckboy status just keeps rising . . . my priorities are fucked.

I didnt even realize I was at the end of the book, that's how engrossing it was. I was yelling at Riles, salivating over Seb, shocked at a player I thought was limp dicked and now have more questions than answers!

This was just bad

Ummm, where do I begin?
The problem with this story, despite the glaringly unreal ness of it all is the details.
Yes, I realize there are a lot of dark and extremely mature themes to this series, but I mean C’MON!!!
First off Senators do not have office space at City Hall. City Hall is for City Councilmembers and Mayors.
The whole attempted gang rape scene sounds like something Tate James cooked up, and I all but had to stop reading this book. What hormonal teenager who just lost her parents, got thrown into a brand new world, experienced an unsettling level of betrayal and public embarrassment, was essentially left to fend for herself would not FEEL overwhelmed and unsafe to be around a group of men after being physically assaulted and forced into a classroom and experiences sexual violence at the hands of her peers?!?! Yes, she may have not been forcibly raped, but the forcible removal of her clothes and being pinned down and beat upon would leave ANY female scarred. Instead the very next day she’s back in the arms of the person who betrayed her and was inadvertently responsible for her assault on school grounds (which is technically a supposed to be a safe space with mandated reporters). The shame in which this portion of the story was handled and how there was no real trigger warning is just plain bad.
However I feel the need to say that this has to be a Tate James thing, in one of the Kit Davenport books she was kidnapped, stripped naked and subjected to torture that included fingernails being removed. In the same scene after she’s rescued from her attacker, she has sex with her savior in a room filled with blood and gore despite us learning earlier on in the series that she can heal faster if she experiences bouts of adrenaline from fear or lust....
Other plot points that bugged me, introduction of characters that never really went anywhere, the reveal of the first female heir dying at the hands of her “barren” mother, the incest spoiler, and how come no one brought up the fact that Kathryn was technically Riley’s blood relative?

Holy balls, that book was like mind-blowing. It's very rare for me to love a book so much the dynamics and the friendship the story was just like wow. I have no words for this book how great it was. I just wish the second book was already out. Seriously giving book hangover.

So I did enjoy this book a bit more than the first but Riley still continued to tick me off. It's like this girl doesn't know her own brain or just ignores every instinct she has. I was shocked when the book picked up right where the first ended and we learn Riley did indeed kill someone. It was not what I was expecting honestly. I thought maybe she'd shoot Katherine (no loss there) or that one of the guys would be the one shooting someone instead. I definitely hate these Delta members so much more. But I still have questions about a lot of things especially Dante. Riley held a grudge early on and somewhere along the way she just let it all go which I found a bit annoying, this girl can't stick with anything even when it's her own emotions. Then again I hated the guys leaving her so vulnerable especially Beck just so she'd have to forgive them and rejoin the group, it was childish and turned out hella dangerous for her. I dunno the series is OK but the excess of drama is too much and I'm over the rich and powerful playing all their games. I wanted Riley finally to get one step ahead but it's like she's always falling behind. Hoping for an explosive ending at this point with all the Delta heads gone, no more so than her birth mother and horrible excuse for a human. I mean the ending is just all kinds of eww but not really super shocking. Now to remove this lady off the planet completely is what I'm here for lol. Hope we get answers and a whole lotta destruction in the finale.

What the F!! As much as I loved the Broken Wings, Broken Trust just beat it! Tate and Jaymin deliver an amazing book full of drama and angst. Just when you think one thing something else happens. I was hooked from the first page to the last and now I'm left wondering when they will give us book 3, like I need it more than I needed book 2!!

Riley and the guys are back and there's more happening than in the first book. Threats are being made, moves are being taken, a little murder, and a few WTF did I just read moments. And Riley is trying to figure out what to do about the guys.

Broken Trust picks up not far after Broken Wings ends. Riley is hurt, over what happened at Delta and refuses to let the guys back in. The guys have no choice but to leave her on her own. High school is a real when you're an outcast and they student body declares open season. Through in a Huntley heir and things get really interesting.

This book was definitely more intense than the first and that's saying something. The pull that Beck and Riley have, and the fact that she was fighting it adds and extra little something to the already filled book.

I loved every word in this book! If I could give it more than five stars I would! There's a little something for everyone, murder, some hot AF scenes we just love, some darker moments. This book really has a little bit of everything and I just couldn't put it down.

Well the first book was holy hangover... this book I just have no words!

The amounts of theories I have running around in my head right now are driving me crazy because there are so many possibilities of things that could happen in book 3.

Broken trust was dark, fast paced, full of action and there were points where I had to stop to take a breather because the anxiety was real.

I am absolutely loving this series and I hope that all of the guys get their own books.

Sebastian... can we just clarify that he is mine?! His character development in this book was great.
Riley- in all honesty I don’t know how the girl is still standing, the shit she went through, just wow.

The deceit and secrets had me on edge the whole book and I can’t wait to read book 3 so that we can have the answers and my brain can chill out.

Read these books... you are missing out massively if you don’t!

I only gave 4 starts to this book because I was spoiled by the way FC of Bad, Bad Bluebloods by CM Stunich makes the guys pay for all the wrong things they've done. That being said, I think the Riley was too quick to accept their apologies.

If you read my review of book 1 I was torn as to how to rate that book....this one was a clear 4 star for me.

Riley is still not a favorite FMC for me. She is still naïve and makes incredibly stupid decisions, to know so little about her new world and to be so physically weak. There is a constant threat to her life yet she still heads off on her on like an idiot, nearly dies, and has to be saved over, and over, and over, and over.....you get the picture. Yes she is the sole reason this read is not a 5 star read for me.

On to the good stuff! The boys Beck, Dylan, Jasper and Evan completely redeemed themselves in book 2. I feel much more connected to them and have a clearer picture of who they truly are. Thankfully they are not the complete asshats I found them to be in book 1. The downside to getting to know them I am finding the MC is not my favorite. LOVE. ME. SOME DYLAN!!!

Now on to the storyline...it is actually quite brilliant. I would have preferred the FMC and MCs to be a bit older. Read it you will see what I mean. That being said it is action packed, with some really wicked twists (gasp worthy).

Book 3 is next on my hit list!

Happy reading,
DD

Although I still gave this one three stars, I did like this book more than the first one. Riley was a bit better, but still makes some terrible decisions. She's a 'cut off your nose to spite your face' kind of person for sure. I totally understood why she was angry at the guys after the last book, but putting yourself in terrible danger is not the solution.

There are a lot of crazy and dark things in this one. More attempted murders and assaults, hidden secrets and betrayals. I'm definitely intrigued and want to know exactly what is going on here!

Everything you could want in a sequel and then some.

Let me not lie for a second though, I was expecting there to be a lot more effort put into reconciliation after what happened at the end of the first book. Don't get me wrong, Beck and the boys had to do some groveling but with how much they did, especially Beck, I figured Riley would give them more hell.

That withstanding, this read was excellent. It does a great job of following up after the ending of the last book. It leaves you with way more questions than answers but it does hit on some hot topics from Broken Trust, like the issues and information Riley's bestie has... there is more there and we know it!

In Broken Trust you get to see more of Beck and his POV which changes the dynamic of the read a little bit. We are privy to some of his inner most thoughts about Riley but not about Delta; which is becoming more involved in the plot structure and character conflicts. I predict that something is happening with Delta and Beck is going to play a huge part in it... I just can't decide if that means the others are going to be left out of it until the last minute, or completely.

The ending, of course, is a cliffhanger that is disturbing and intriguing.. at least for what it means to Riley and to Delta. I can't wait to read the next book.

Not a bad follow-up. Still a very fast-paced easy read. I found myself more frustrated with Riley in this book. I thought some of the decisions she made were really stupid.

The plot in this one was in some ways more over-the-top than the first book but in some ways more boring because so much more of this took place in the school. While I enjoy reading how the stories of these characters moved forward, I didn't feel like there was very much actual character development in this book. Also, there is some foreshadowing in this that makes me suspect a very obvious plot twist is going to happen in the next book.

I'm definitely going to finish this series. It's enjoyable but ultimately nothing special. If you're looking for a fast-paced, not too dark, romance, this is a series that fits that.

Oh my freaking god. WHAT WAS THAT ENDING!? I’m sitting here with my jaw on the floor, waiting to be picked up. Hot damn I didn’t see that one coming!

Just when I thought this series couldn’t get any better, this sequel blows me out of the freaking water! Dare I say I loved it even more than Broken Wings?!

Riley is one bad ass Chick and I just want to applaud her for all the tough things she’s gone through. That girl is handling things like a champ! I love how all the guys have soft spots for her and it absolutely melts my heart!

Her and Beck are on FIRE!! Like, seriously, we’re gonna need buckets and buckets of water to put out this fire because it is hot, hot, hot!!! PHEW!

I need book three right now. This very second!

This book would be better set in a college/new adult genre. But for reasons of the plot the main character needs to be under 18 so she can still have a guardian.

Not my favorite. I’d recommend for fans of the author.
Trigger warning - attempted gang rape.

This is such a fun series to read! I gotta say I did get a bit annoyed with the heroine thru the first 50% of this book. The heroine is hard-headed and it forms this miscommunication and it dragged on and on. But all and all I really am liking this series and all the alpha male characters.

4.5⭐️ This series is so addicting! I love the drama in this series. This is the second book in the Dark Legacy series and continues the story from the first book. I don’t want to spoil anything but I love the dark vibes of these books.

Love

I loved this book, I really did. I have literally been waiting for what feels like forever to read it. With that said, there’s something about this book that just felt, off? Some of the possessiveness and crazy of her boyfriend beck, while at times hot had left a little bit of sourness. I would’ve liked to see the female lead with more badassery, then some of the sniveling that there was. I get this is a book with some darkness, and corporate darkness but the almost gang rape was just too far. On a book that touts the family name and being a delta heir, how it offers protection, she shouldn’t have gotten that treatment because she turned her back on the four. That was too much. She should’ve been more protected. Or if that was a scene that “needed” to happen, I wish they could’ve spun it with her coming out of it herself. Idk what was the point in some of her training if she never excelled at it or used it. Her character was betrayed by so many and she’s still acting a little like a victim. She did some pouting and flicked them off while driving fast away but she hasn’t developed any true self defense skills. For the love of everything holy please give this girl something! She was supposed to be scrappy and ect growing up in a not so great environment. Come on!!!! Pleaseeeeeeee do something with her character.

The web is being spun....

So much going on....revelations, then more questions lol. Still loving the storyline and waiting for Riley to get even with Mrs. DeBiotch cannot wait for that!! The distraught daddy might NOT be as grieving as was thought...hmmmm need more unraveling for that subject. And I won't even discuss Dante (shaking my head).
Really digging Riley and Beck's chemistry and relationship now let's hope no betrayals on that front. The Delta five need to stay united.
And now get again we wait for the next book....I really hope we don't have to wait to long.
I highly recommend this book and series.

I Found This Disappointing Compared To Book #1!!😔
(Read using Kindle Unlimited)
Broken Trust (Dark Legacy Book #2)

Events occur but there's only some confirmation of things that were already suspected - No great revelations in this book, so it was really quite disappointing after the awesomeness of book #1!! 😒😔 Richard was a brilliant & creepy twist 💀 Catherine, well nothing surprises me to be honest!!😷

I *need* the other guys, especially Dylan, to find their 'forever girl's 💘🔥💘 I truly hope they bring down all of the elders & make Delta legit in Book #3!!🙏
