Now seriously I love every single Darcy Sweet mystery, but When it Rains it Pours was a step above for me, this was a mystery within a mystery wrapped up in long ago family and a whole load of magic.
Darcy is amazing as always, with Jon by her side and her kids in her arms she really can conquer anything, murder, ghostly possession, animal communication, this story has a bit of everything and somehow Darcy figures it all out, with the help of her hunky hubby they are an awesome team.
I can't wait for more of the Sweet/Tinker family.

Excellent
Really really really enjoyed this installment in Darcy Sweet mysteries. There were so many surprises in it. What's wrong with Colby? Why is she having headaches? Why does Zack talk to Cha Cha like the dog can understand him? Who killed the guy in the locked room? As a matter of fact, How did the murder take place in the first place, where is the murderer and how did they get out?
Lots of questions, quess you'll have to read the story for yourself to find all the answers and even more.

There are so many things that happen to make this an amazing book. Colby and Zane are growing up much too fast, but they are wonderful children. I was scared to read about Colby’s illness for fear she was going to die. Jon and Darcy are wonderful at solving a locked-door murder mystery that had me stumped. Tiptoe and Cha Cha bring lots of laughs. I highly recommend this book and series.

Katherine keeps 'em coming!
I love this series! Each book continues along with the progression of the characters lives while planting a new mystery in each book. Every mystery is different and without Darcy Sweet and a little help from Aunt Millie & Smudge, the police would never unravel the truths 😉

Delightful
Even when a perplexing murder and paranormal activities, The Sweet/Tinker family is heartwarming. Their son Zane has a gift just discovered. Their daughter Colby's gifts are being interfered with but all ends well. Great read!

Darcy sweet series
Another hit from K.J. Emrick. I really enjoy this series. I love the way the author brought in a new angle to the storyline to continue these books to the next generation of Darcy's kids. Highly recommend.

4.5. I really liked the storyline of this one! The only thing keeping it from getting five stars for me, is that I felt like I knew what was going on way before the characters did. That predictability makes reading the book a little less fun for me.
