This book is an anthology of author's writings. The content is the author's understanding about philosophy, meditation, awareness, life, love, compassion, etc.
Personally I have concern with the editorial aspect. I took some time to understand that it is an anthology and each chapter was a writing from the author.
The ideas and arguments on this book is five star quality, although some of the ideas only written in simple short sentences. I encourage people to read more books for deeper discussions of several topics on this book.
