Solid

Great information on foods that are found in Costa Rica. This book is a more modern take as it includes pressure cooker / instant pot directions. It includes English to Spanish names for food items. Information on current costs for meal preparation given for full recipe and individual servings in current Colones and USD. I will use this as I start my new life as an expat in Costa Rica!
