I loved everything about this book. I recently came out of a hostile work environment and feel that this book would have been useful in handling the conflict. We went all the way to the 9th step of escalation. I realize now how truly and tragically unnecessary the drama and conflict were. I have dedicated myself to not "drama vent" and to avoid flooding. I want to watch for backseat babies and show kindness when addressing issues. I feel enriched and enlightened. I encourage everyone to read this book.

There were a lot of stories to inspire one to have a positive interaction with those one comes across no matter what. However you try to spin it though, there is no excuse for a dead beat father. Even if he spends the rest of his days making up for his initial absence.

Not a bad book. Mostly just a matter of timing -- I'd borrowed it when I was in the mood for business books, but then I got all business book'd out, and am now in the mood for reading fiction. The library due date was coming up, so I just decided to release it for the next person.
