Thought I'd embrace the woo, so I stuck with it. I don't recommend you do the same, this book is terrible from start to finish.

This is a "how-to" book. How to contact aliens or other entities, at your own risk, but also how to make it clear you don't want anything to contact you. It's an interesting book, if ET are your thing.

My biggest complaint is how focused it is on one religious belief system by the writer, though I guess if that's the only one she's familiar with, then it makes sense. However, this limited viewpoint limits the author's ability to offer a broader idea or perspective of how other faiths/belief systems/cultures would view not only aliens but also demonic entities, as she kept calling them.

Turns out if bad things are happening to you, it's all about demonic possession, but it's good things it's aliens (or worse, angels).

It was an interesting book with interesting ideas, meant to be helpful and hopefully people do find help here.

Very resourceful and provide great specifics. Could trigger interest for the skepticals and reassurance amongst believers. Great read if you're curious about the phenomenon and even better if you are an experiencer, contactee or abductee.
