Presents a collection of photographs of the attack on the World Trade Center and the response of the people of New York that were contributed in response to an open request for pictures from all sources.
I had to have this book when I saw the documentary about it. When one photo next to a heart wrenching quote turned into a storefront plastered with images. Taken by anyone and everyone. There are no names, no photo credits. I specifically remember a woman going in the storefront with her father, slowing re living that horrible day -stopping at one photo. It was of her. Taken on 9/11. She didn't even know who took it. And Some images are more graphic than you may have seen before. But this book is a treasure for some.
