This is a continuation of previous book, but this one will allow you to get your hand on. It give an methodology of ten week going step by step on how to transform your existing or new organization. Great read and a must for everybody looking to survive in the fourth industrial revolution
If you want to learn about exo then this is your go to source. A bit repetitive but it’s also not meant to be read from cover to cover right away. I would be interested to learn more about organizations that have found this booklet useful. Many websites that are referenced in the booklet, are no longer active.
