Instead of starting his first year of middle school, Gavin McNally joins his family traveling the country in an RV, something many readers will no doubt wish they could experience! I love reading the adventures Gavin finds himself in, which includes escaping a forest fire with his family, to searching for treasure. A wonderful series for engaging readers, written by Emma Bland Smith and with fantastic illustrations by Mirelle Ortega.
