i had gotten about half way through this book when i lost it. it was a library book too :(
Update (9/2009): I finally bought this book after having lost it at the library, and just like every other Black Artemis book, it doesn't fail to impress. Only Artemis can make the world of graffiti seem interesting and intriguing while hipping you to the history of the art form as well. And just like with Picture Me Rollin and Explicit Content, she hones in on themes and topics that affect urban America - health care and health disparities, the criminal justice system, and HIV/AIDS.
