Outbreak 1917
The “Zombie Apocalypse” already happened – a century ago.A former member of the Royal Army Medical Corps recounts his experiences during the outbreak of an infection that turned soldiers and civilians alike into mindless ghouls, almost a century before the “zombie lore” of the modern era.A historical villain becomes a reluctant hero and humanity is saved at a terrible price, but the events are ultimately concealed by the wider carnage on the Western Front in the First World War.

Trench Zombies
This is a new twist on the horrors of trench warfare in World War I. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, there is a zombie outbreak. I'm not a fan of the zombie genre but this premise is very clever with a surprise I didn't expect at the very end. It's a quick read and definitely entertaining.

Simply outstanding: wonderfully imaginative and superbly crafted. Definitely an author to watch out for.
