I liked this one a lot, and quoted a lot of the poems to my husband as I read; it was relatable.

The last chapter was the best. It was more real and relatable . The rest wasn't bad but nothing unique.

This is the first poetry book I am picking up by Faraway. I've seen some beautiful quotes on pinterest by this author so I decided to dive into Faraway’s works.

This work is a short collection of modern poetry. The themes are falling in love, loosing the person you love and overcoming the grief and pain that comes with it.

It's a solid read, but nothing exceptional. I'll definitely remember some lines and poems and I know for sure I'll come back to this at some point, rereading some parts.

Personally I think I’d be more affected by it if I actually went through heartbreak. But I've already read a couple of great poetry works that affected me deeply although I didn't experience these things firsthand.

Faraway chooses their words with caution and knows how to write lovely, relatable poems. For sure I am going to read their other works in the near future.

PS: The cover and the title of this book are stunning and really fitting.

An ode to the heartbroken and to those picking up the pieces still. A quick and lovely read. But, a few typos here and there... and overall, quite unmemorable tbh.
