This volume was part of my manga reading vlog on YouTube, where I give more of my impressions on this book. Feel free to subscribe to my channel.
On the surface, Parallel Paradise appears to be a standard isekai harem manga with the ecchi raised up to several notches, but this series is actually subverting the common tropes of the genre.
For example, the overpowered protagonist, which is a staple of most isekai stories. The main character is a just a regular guy, albeit trained in martial arts. The girls, especially those of the Quintet, are still better fighters than Yota, our male lead. Even his arousing touch is a product of the environment, rather than a personal ability.
The main draw is still the mystery of why Yota was transmigrated to a world without men, and the plot is moving in that direction.

Not very good. There is some curiosity regarding plot but can't see me reading more of this.

Wow, so they're really fuckin', huh?
And of course Yota finds a fucking katana to fight with....
There are some major plot/lore developments here. The Karu are shaped like men, but have four pussies in their face and one in their crotch, from which worm/tentacle things can protrude. They r@pe the girls to death by ejaculating poisonous semen. They also fear Yota for being a human male. Yota has sex with Rumi, Misaki, and Momo, ostensibly saving them all. Plans are made to visit a shrine to the Jealous God near the seaside town of Reel, but no movement has been made toward that journey as of yet.
Yota struggles with the psychological burden of having to have sex with the girls to save them. Well, at least, a bit. He weighs the severity when he's with Rumi, but he's less hesitant with the others.
It's kind of "funny" that the violence so far is mostly monsters dissolving into sparkles, despite seeing two Karu spitroast a girl. You'd think Okamoto would show more gore for the monsters getting killed, but I don't know, I only know him from the first episode of Elfen Lied.
