I don't really know honestly- I had to read this for English class and despite the book being pretty short and written with easy to read language I suppose, sometimes things didn't really make sense to me, like the ending for example. It was alright to read, I just wouldn't recommend it that much. For a lecture it's alright.

This is such an important read. I think it understandably shows how young people get pulled into violent movements thoughtlessly and develops into “get in deeper or get out”.

A quick read for 10th grade. Touching on gang violence, right/wrong, friendship and first love. Set in London.
