2.5 mixed bag stars --- 1 star for first part; 3.5 for 2nd half = 2.5
I picked up this novella as a freebie on a whim to try a little something different (an M-M-F vs M-F-M) and get a solid dose of mindless smut in the process. The beginning was pretty lame: silly, over-the-top dialogue; a virgin (Caitriona) whose bf racked up debt that she is paying off by auctioning herself to the highest bidder (super puzzling why she was with this bf bc the fact that he was a dick was extremely clear from the start); the fact that Caitriona was WAY too adventurous for being a virgin; and the two randomly rich hot guys (Logan & Chase) who didn't seem to do much work.
Logan (male MC) was supposed to be a very experienced, jaded, mid to late 30's successful billionaire, so his instalove for a 21 year old virgin was pretty unrealistic. But what started to get interesting was when Chase came into play. Chase had been Logan's best friend since childhood, and they have an odd romantic relationship with each other - Chase is in love with Logan; Logan loves Chase but also needs female companionship to be truly happy, so he has engaged in threesomes with Chase to meet both of their needs, but only part of the way. Chase can be attracted to women, but he prefers men as he is a 4.5 on the Kinsey scale (something I was totally unfamiliar with until I read this book, so I found that interesting). Logan is a 2 on the scale which he defined as "predominantly heterosexual but more than incidentally homosexual" which basically means he prefers women except in the case of Chase. So at this point in the book (a little over halfway), it gets kind of deep with the relationship between Chase and Logan being the strain, but Caitriona trying to bridge that gap as she starts to care for Chase and he for her. In the end, though, the "solution" they came up with was pretty ridiculous though well-intentioned, I guess.
Overall, this one reads VERY high on the smut scale with a hint of plot interest at about the midway point, and since I learned something, that made it a decent read for me in the end.

When Caitriona’s long time cheating boyfriend wants to auction her innocence to pay his gambling debt she is both nervous and intrigued. Logan is enchanted with Caitriona from the moment he saw her, and they agree to a contract. The chemistry between them is off the charts but what happens when Logan’s best friend Chase is added to the mix?
I really enjoyed not only Caitriona’s relationship with Logan and Chase but the relationship between the two men as well.

The Contract by Margot Rose a five-star read you would sign in a heartbeat. This is my second read by this author and once again they have proved to be hot and steamy with a great story. Caitriona should have been sobbing in the corner, but she had an inner power that blew me away. Throw in some major hotness with Logan and his best buddie Chase and you have a dreamy story. There is everything you want in this story don’t miss it.

A sweet and steamy older men, and younger women romance
Caitriona, is 21, and finishing up college, and a virgin. She just found out her boyfriend since high school, the man who refused to do more than kiss her until they were married, has not only been cheating on her but has racked up huge gambling debts. He wants to sell her virginity to pay for them. Caitriona, while devastated and angry at her boyfriend, can't help but feel a little intrigued and turned on, when she hears what is involved.
Logan's business partner thinks she has a women that will break their virgin auction. Logan is skeptical until he meets Caitriona, her mix of any virgin and open curiosity hooks him. He offers her a contract with him exclusively. 1 million a month for her to be at his neck and call. Willing to do whatever he wants.
Caitriona, was in lust at first sight when she met Logan. She craves exploring the life style she read in 50 Shades, and Logan is just the man to show her.
Chase and Logan have been best friends for 25 years. Chase has been in love with Logan for almost as long. While they have come together from time to time, Logan needs more. When Logan introduces Caitriona, to him, he is attracted to a women for the first time in a long time.
Caitriona, can clearly see how Chase feels about Logan. Logan admitted he feels the same for Chase, but he knows that Chase will never be enough. He needs Caitriona. She just may be the bridge that can give them both what they want.
Fast paced and very steamy MF, MM, MMF, romance with some light BDSM. Loved Caitriona's 10 year relationship plan. Would have loved to see a 10 year later epilogue.

Caitriona and Logan first meet when Cait’s boyfriend offers her virginity to be auctioned as payment for his debts! As soon as they set eyes on each other, the sparks fly!! Logan initially tries to resist - he’s older than her and has kinky tastes - but he’s powerless against her magnetism. They work out a mutually beneficial agreement that’s only meant to last 6 months but feelings start to develop and they start to wonder what if it doesn’t end? Chase is Logan’s best friend and has always been in love with Logan but he also feels inexplicably drawn to Cait. The 3 of them have to decide if there’s enough love between them all to make it work.
This book is extremely steamy with MMF scenes included. It’s a bit of instalove at the start but the author writes it in such a way that you can believe it and does not detract from the story or the hot sex.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will most certainly read more by the author.

This read was a fun escape. But where I thought I understood what I was getting into, it managed to surprise me at every turn.
"Love at first sight" is a romance trope I just can't get behind, but "insta-lust" can be a LOT of fun when done right. Rose does it right in this novella. Other potentially problematic tropes are deftly avoided, making this a satisfying, guilt-free read.
Innocence doesn't always mean lack of knowledge or power, and Caitriona might be young, but she knows what she wants. I cheered for her the entire way.
I wish the third main hero had been introduce earlier in the story, to be equal with the first two and not feel as much like an after-thought. I also thought the "contract" between the three at the ending was a bit more convoluted than necessary. This was still a fun and entertaining read, and a great introduction to a new author.

Erotic, hot, sexy and exciting is what i would describe this delicious book. If Margot writes exciting and hot books like this all the time then im definately in. She really has me hooked.
Its a story that grabs you from the get go, right to the very end, with a small but great twist in the very end.

Loved the book it was great. The story was well written and the characters Logan, Caitriona (Cat, kitten) and Chase were interesting I feel in love with them. Logan bought kitten for six months at an auction in a club he owns. Within the six month's they feel in love with each other, Logan also love's someone else, he just needs a woman's touch and that seems to be kitten. The romance and sexual activity just makes your body heat up with desire while reading.

Caitriona, Logan and Chase was such a sexy couple that I could not put this book down. This book had me from the beginning you have Caitriona was who I’d tricked to going to Logan club to sell her virginity to pay of her boyfriends gambling debt. Logan meets her then make’s her a better offer to be with him Instead. Not only does Logan open her eyes to the pleasure of the flesh and how receive and give pleasure but he throws his best friend in the mix along with all the love this little triad family can take.

It started off as payment for her boyfriend's gambling debts, but turned into being so much more. They develop a relationship beyond what the original contract is for and before the time is up Chase is introduced to the mix. The relationship between the three of them is well developed and believable.

Caitriona's boyfriend tries to sell Cait's virginity in auction to pay off his gambling debts but Cait flips it all on him. I have to say I love how Cait turned what was a bad situation into a month of crazy fun!! Logan offers Cait a contract for a million dollars if she spends a month with him. Then Chase, Logan's best friend, joins the two and the steam gets turned up. If you want to know who ends up with who you have to read the book to find out. This is a well written, steamy story with twists that made this an intriguing and fun read! I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Caitriona Patrick is a VCard and her boyfriend Steve gets her to pay off his gambling debt (why is the girlfriend always paying off her father or boyfriend’s debt?). That’s actually refreshingly addressed in this book.
Logan is a silent partner and well, he bids on her. It’s been six months since he’s f’d how he likes to.
Oh, and he has a friend, Chase.

The Contract by Margot Rose. I really enjoyed this story; it was very entertaining. It is very well written and filled with dark drama, sexy scenes and very vividly detailed descriptions. I recommend this to others looking for something dark and dominating. This is a new author for me and I look forward to reading more of her work.

This is the 1st book I've read written by Margot Rose; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I will definitely be reading more of her books.

This book is a great little read. I enjoyed the story line and the 3 main characters were written in very well. 2 men that have always had feeling for each other but neither want to admit what they actually feel 1 woman is all it takes to bring the duo together to make a trio.......can the triangle work? If you like this type of romance, this is a great book for you.

I loved this book it gave me all the feels! Caitriona got to experience her deepest desires with not just one hot man but two. I loved the way they worked with each other. They built a love brick by brick to form the foundation for their little family.

What an intriguing story! It's definitely steamy and captivating. The summary of this story caught my attention. Who would sale their virginity to help a looser get out of debt. However, you quickly discover her true motivation for going along with the whole thing. Very interesting story with some good and likable characters. It's a fairly quick read but definitely captures your attention.

I loved this hot and steamy MMF read. Caitriona is a college student and thanks to her boyfriend, may be selling her virginity. Logan wants her and Chase wants Logan what will happen when sparks fly. This is a fast-paced read with plenty of drama and is off the charts hot. I loved the characters and the book drew me in from page one. A great read!

The way this book started was different iv actually read about it in similar books. This book had all the makings of something brilliant but I found it was missing a lot. And the ending the whole married to one for five years married to the other then Logan and chase being married I didn't understand why it was just strange.

There is nothing particularly good. It's a blah okay. I read it and waited for scintillating, the titillating, the sensual, and emotional. Nada. No acne gives or adverbs to evoke emotion in the reader. One interaction of my at the end of the book. I found it dry and disappointing. So glad I did not pay for it.

I loved Logan Cait and Chase. This was one of the sweetest crazy romance. The story is beyond anything I've read. I would read it again and again.
