What sort of girl falls in love with four outlaws? What sort of girl plays with fire for the fun of it?
I’m the salvation for the dirty throne of the city’s underworld, the only person who can secure a future for the Death by Daybreak Motorcycle Club. There are few people in this world that I can trust—a mafia brat, a soon-to-be nun, and four lascivious demons—but that’ll have to be enough, or we’ll all burn together in glorious flame. Only, there’s no telling what my father will do now that he knows the truth.
They will always be wrong for me. But sometimes, the darkness simply chooses you. These guys … they’ve chosen someone. They’ve chosen me
C.M. Stunich is a self-admitted bibliophile with a love for exotic teas and a whole host of characters who live full time inside the strange, swirling vortex of her thoughts. Some folks might call this crazy, but Caitlin Morgan doesn't mind - especially considering she has to write biographies in the third person. Oh, and half the host of characters in her head are searing hot bad boys with dirty mouths and skillful hands (among other things). If being crazy means hanging out with them everyday, C.M. has decided to have herself committed.
She hates tapioca pudding, loves to binge on cheesy horror movies, and is a slave to many cats. When she's not vacuuming fur off of her couch, C.M. can be found with her nose buried in a book or her eyes glued to a computer screen. She's the author of over thirty novels - romance, new adult, fantasy, and young adult included. Please, come and join her inside her crazy. There's a heck of a lot to do there.
Oh, and Caitlin loves to chat (incessantly), so feel free to e-mail her, send her a Facebook message, or put up smoke signals. She's already looking forward to it.
I cried, I’m not ashamed to admit it. I balled like a baby. Not because the series was ending but because it became something so incredible. The magic of Author C M Stunichs words bought all my feelings out and my love for these characters. Heck I even liked Cat at the end. I felt all the turmoil and the heaviest of his pain. He wasn’t a good man by far but he did some things that changed my view of him greatly. I think of all the characters though Gidget had the most growth. At times throughout the series, she acted like a brat and made some very costly mistakes but she also learned from those and deeply regretted her actions.. Those men who love her, love her infallible. They would die for her and they aren’t afraid to show her or give her what she needs.. not all romances have a mutual respect for everyone’s kinks or hardlines.. but this one had it in spades. I’m excited to see where the spin off of this series goes because I fell in love with Reba and Grey. They have a very interesting story to be told and I can’t wait for it . Excellent series, excellent series ender and just another reminder how an amazing author can take a little piece of your soul with their words and give you back so much more in return.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I read book 1 nearly a year ago. I absolutely fell in love with it. I was sad that book 2 had yet released, since I was Born Ruined had come out March 2019. Then low and behold this year, CM Stunich hit the ground running releasing new series, and finishing up others! 🥰 Book 2, I Am Dressed in Sin released Sept 2021, and then this released yesterday!!!! I know there are others who have waited way longer than I did for this, but dang if it wasn't worth it. This series will definitely be one I will continue to recommend when recs are asked for. 👌 CM definitely knows how to get me all in my feels, lol. Gidge, Beast, Crown, Sin, and Grainger were great together. I loved Grey, and I am super excited for his story 😍 Throwaway 🤴
I cried, unashamed, as I finished the final book in the series. Author C M Stunich's magic words had once again cast a spell on me, reigniting my love for these characters and their journey. Even Cat, who had once been so loathsome, found redemption in the end. Gidget, however, was the true heroine of the story, her growth and self-reflection evident in every page. Her loved ones would do anything for her, embracing her quirks and boundaries with unwavering loyalty. And the spin-off featuring Reba and Grey held the same promise of captivating storytelling. This series was truly exceptional, with an ending that served as a powerful reminder of the impact that brilliant authors can have on our souls with their written words.

Fabulous ending of Gridget's journey through sorrow, pain, conflict and severe doubts about her hearts desires. This last book shreds so much light as to the true nature of the guys and their feelings towards the FMC. The main protagonist has really changed, from a rebellious girl to a confident young woman, who has found her own self-worth. The relationships she shares with each of her partners have deepened in this last installment. To be frank, I did not think that there would be much growth in some of the MMCs, but they all took a turn for the better. Beast remains my number one as he has been open, patient and dedicated from the start.
I am so glad that Grey and Gridget were able to maintain their friendship despite the fact that they always were on the opposite sides of the edging war between the Mafia and the MC.
Overall, this has been a very pleasant experience, full of sheer thrill, danger and unexpected twists and turns.
C.M. Stunich is one of my favorite authors. I'm working my way through all of her books. With that said, this series just wasn't my favorite. It was good, but it just didn't suck me in completely like some of her other books. Honestly, this 500 page book probably would have been amazing at 350ish. Just take out the repetitive memories and descriptions. Seemed like every other page Gidget was remembering the same memory of her sisters, or that fateful night. Or describing in detail the guys quirks. I also felt like Reba was such a big focus point in the plot, until they rescued her and then it's like she was shoved into the closet and forgot about and just mentioned in passing, even though she was in the same house with them. Just small things through out the book that took away from the story for me. Still a good one, just not the best.
When I'm reading, there's this scale in my mind that balances boning against storytelling. When the boning gets too bony, it annoys me. So, this book annoyed me. It felt like every other page was filled with angry grunting, bloody moans, and frantic fucking against all manner of surfaces. And, I love all the sexy times as much as anyone else, but when a story is interesting all the extra fucking takes away from moving the plot along. This story was interesting and I loved it (Gidge is a total badass), but I wanted more violence and intrigue and less bending over the couch getting pounded. 💋🔪🐾❤🌶
This was an interesting series, but honestly, Gidget was a little too hard for me. She had bigger balls than all four of her biker guys combined. I'm all for girl power but I like my female mc's to be a tiny bit softer and as the series went on, I actually liked her a little less. I know that's just me, but it did affect the way I was and felt about the guys as well.
KU READ I don't see where this book dragged- and trust me, I can sense drag. This wasn't it. Perhaps I was starved for some connection to these characters outside of Grey Reba and Gidge. I still don't feel anything for the heroes and I can barely differentiate them LOL. But I live Gidge and what she did in this book. Classic Stunich style of a heroine and I ship it
I struggle with MC romance. I always want to like them but rarely do. I should have known C.M. Stunich could write the exception. The characters are generally believable as flawed men and women working through their struggles their own way and finding love in the process. I will also always hold a candle for Fem-fem.
OMFG this was such a good book and series overall! This was the best book in the trilogy, i really liked how it turned out. You can really see the growth in our heroin, Gidget. She makes mistakes but learns from it(mostly), i love how she did not change herself and went soft just because she is in a relationship with them all. She was still the same bratty sassy girl we all know. Okay so youngest to oldest,(colton) Sin,(cade) Grainger, Beast and Crown , they where some fine as men. They where so different from each other, it´s hard to pick out a fave actually, but maybe Beast is my fave or Crown.
This one was less gritty and angsty than the previous books, still as good. I will revel in glory is more heartbreaking , loving, steamy af and ofc you get the age gap Omg Grey is gonna get his own book, i feel like there is much more that we have to know about him.
I absolutely loved this series. It was amazing. Definitely different from her other series I’ve read so far seeing as this one was involving MC and mafia. But I absolutely couldn’t get enough.
I love Gidge she’s so freaking strong and I love her men. Her life was so hard and full of terrible things but she persevered as well as her men.
I hope we get to meet baby three and hopefully four in Greys series. Ugh the melancholy that follows after finishing a series.
Please read this series you won’t be disappointed.

Here are my favorite quotes from this book
“Please don’t die on me,” I whisper at him, my voice far stronger than I expected. “You are not allowed to get me pregnant and then die; that’s fu*ked-up.”
“I love you, Colton,” I tell him, offering up another kiss and biting his lower lip enough that he groans. “Fu*k, you’re going to kill me yet,” he murmurs, drawing away from me and running his hand over his glossy mouth in a dramatic fashion. “I love you, too, Gidge. Get some sleep. Please. Don’t be a stubborn ass about this.” I give him a pair of raised brows in response but refuse to commit to anything. Because I’m still Gidget, and I’m still an asshole.
“If the baby isn’t mine,” he starts, and my heart stutters strangely in my chest. Not only do I not want a baby period, but I also don’t like the way he’s talking, as if this is it, as if our chances of being together rest on some stupid fu*king DNA test. “Then I want a baby of my own next. That’s my ask.”
I refuse to allow myself to sink back into ruin; I will revel in glory.
“The club is irrelevant. The other men are irrelevant. My only loyalty is to you.” ~Beast
“Three people. Nobody else. They back out of this, or they don’t like my terms, and they’re done—permanently.” ~Beast
“He told me that he didn’t give a fu*k if it was my baby or not. It was his, that’s what he told me. And it could be ours, but it would never be mine.” ~Crown
“So what else can you take from me, Gidge?” Crown continues, stalking over to the helmet and picking it back up. He moves over to me and very carefully places it over my head. “All of it. Take it all. Because the only time I like who I am, is when I’m with you.”
Crown and I are king and queen. Beast and I are husband and wife. Grainger and I are partners in crime. Sin and I are fated mates.
“Life is never ruined. It just shifts. If you learn to follow the wind, you don’t have to fight against every storm.” ~Reba
I was born of a demon, and I’m okay with that. For the first time in my life, I’m proud of it. I love you, Cat. I love you, and I forgive you. Forever, always a Daybreaker.
Then one day—I can’t remember when—I woke up and realized it. I could be my own protector; my men could be my family—even if we were all monsters. I was born ruined. I soon found myself dressed in sin. But for my future? I choose to revel in my own glory. Was, am, will. Past, present, future. The darkness can choose you, but it doesn’t have to define you. You are the master of your own fate and me, I’ve got control of mine. Forever, always a Daybreaker. The End…
Holy shit this was sad 😭 Gidge does get her HEA, I promise. But damn that doesn’t mean that shit doesn’t go DOWN in between! I almost never cry when reading books, but that big event in the end that I won’t spoil for you, DEFINITELY got me.
Cat’s gonna kill her. No, like… Cat has his gun right there and he’s gonna kill her. Gaz showed him who the hell knows what on his phone to save himself, and now Cat knows Gidge betrayed the club. Once again, how the hell is Gidge gonna get out of this one? 🤦🏻♀️
It seems she has nine lives yall. This final installment in this motorcycle club series was just as good as the second. I really enjoyed the overarching plot in all three books & I thought the ending mafia war was really well executed! Everything gets tied up nicely, and I promise no dogs get harmed in the cross-fire this time. 🤣
Also, I absolutely freaking love Grey & Gidge’s relationship to one another. They’re so damn adorable and I cannot wait for Grey’s book to come out. I need more of him right now.
Gidge and her men go through it in this book for pretty much no reason which pisses me off. Gidge disagrees with the boys just because she’s too stubborn to say that they’re right sometimes. The boys have petty & generally stupid arguments with Gidge because they have a hard time fully committing to sharing her. It just overall wasn’t my favorite :/ If i’m reading reverse harem, I don’t like it when the guys get super jealous over the other men in the harem. Like yeah, poking fun here & there and being territorial sometimes is cool, but when you’re literally getting into full blown fights with the other guys and contemplating leaving the harem… i’m not so down anymore.
Idk if it’s just me, but i’ve never really enjoyed the romance in these books. Probably because it started off highly illegal, but I just never got to love this love story 🤷🏻♀️ And again with the iffy sex scenes… absolutely no sharing happens during sex. Not even once in three books! You guys are in a harem? I don’t really get it? The dynamics just seem off and I wish this story just had one major love interest instead of multiple. (My vote is for Beast or Grainger)
Okay now that i’ve sufficiently warned you, you’re free to read or not read! There are really great parts about this series that I love (Feminist, Grey, Gidge being a badass) but also some parts that I definitely didn’t, (having sex with a 16 year old whilst being 30+… yeah that’s really the only one I need to list)so read at your own risk! 😁 xox
Damn what a series! I’m gutted it’s ended for Gidgets story. C.M Stunich is just amazeballs at RH, kick ass female characters lol
A little about the story it self:
Gidget is the female main character and through the series you read from her POV She’s born into the MC so as you can imagine it’s all she knows. Her father was one the Vice President to now the President. Over the years she only sees her father as a ruthless, hard, crap father figure. Who put the MC before his family. Her mother has neglected her role over the years, so Gidget has been brought up by her two older sisters. They have a older brother who is in the MC Having a dick gets you on the club Having a vagina can only get you married into the club Politics etc lol Anyway There are always gang wars etc with the clubs and with this story it’s a war between the MC and the mafia
Gidget loses people in her life with this war, she also gains allies and love Over the years she’s learnt a lot and grown up to be one strong woman. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to get it.
Through this story she’s given tests, obstacles, trails to prove her loyalty and even given a chance to try a different way of surviving
The characters that are part of this story bring Gidget’s character to life.
You know what more can you ask for when it comes to a RH MC book! Four extremely sexy alpha males Tattoos, muscle, stubble/beards Yeah it makes us swoon And also envy Gidget gets them all to herself
Her lifer starts in Highschool, her life that has tainted her doesn’t want the popular Highschool boys who want her. Not when she has 4 grown ass men who can do a lot more and give her exactly as she wants
All I’m saying is get ready girls to have you drooling and wanting This story gives you everything you want and more And if any of you have ever watched sons of Anarchy then if this story was turned into a series of film it make that series look weak 🥰
It’s a huge must read from me. You won’t be dissatisfied in anyway through this story 🥰
“What is wrong with you?” “Clinically?” I ask, and then shrug again, my clutch held firmly in my right hand. “I’m seriously considering psychopathy, but it could just be antisocial personality disorder.”
Aaah Gidge, you gorgeous crazy little psycho. I haven’t come across a character that I connect with as much as I did with as this in a long time.
She’s just written so damn well. She’s grown up in such extenuating circumstances and nothing in her life has ever been normal. So she’s just embraced it and run with it. She loves life on her own terms and is so so so resilient, but in a human and believable way. She’s not a robot. She goes through some shit. She doesn’t know all the answers off the bat. She makes mistakes. But she learns from them and takes advice and grows. I just love her.
They guys are once again, also so well written. They are all unique and so distinct, and authentic. They have their own struggles, heartbreaks and aches and longings. They are all older than Gidge. And it shows in the book. But they’re caring and gracious and loving and wonderful to her, letting her spread her wings in this book so beautifully.
The spice is *chefs kiss* 5/5🌶️🥵
I don’t have anything bad to say about this book.
Her relationship with her father was a highlight in this one for me. It’s so complicated and nuanced and deep and raw. And at times, throughout all the books I just wanted to kill that motherfucker. Like. Dead dead. But like with all brilliant writing, you see-saw in this book like never before. And the emotion is palpable.
Once again, this series was just a surprisingly wonderful story that I really loved.
This book concludes Gidget’s story and I am heartbroken! Lol. It was AMAZING! The author even hooks it up with a 3-part epilogue that gives you all the feels. I’m just sad because I feel like I am so invested in Gidget’s story I need to see EVERYTHING. I want to see what she and the guys are like at age 50! Lol
This book takes off right where book 2 ended. It wraps up all of the questions we had. What are Cats intentions? What are the guys truly thinking now that Gidget is officially married? Are they even alive? This book gives you allllll of it. What is Gaz up to? We see Gidget’s softer side as well has the tough as nails Queen she is. She makes deeper connections with ALL of her guys. Even Grainger who I felt was a bit lost until this book.
Grey is still an odd ball. He’s still on the “mafia” side. Can their relationship stand the test of time? Plus I saw, he’s also getting his own book and I AM HERE FOR IT! Plus I hope that means we get more snippets of Gidget and her family. 🤞🏽Maybe. Hopefully.
This book was a fantastic ending to the series. It was definitely worth the wait. Love this author. Love this series! Looking forward to more amazing stories to get lost in. Also Beast is mine. 😝😉.
How can this be? It’s like the ball dropped. The first 2 books were good then this one fell flat. Let’s break it own. Reba which is Gidge’s best friend since kindergarten was taken and she wouldn’t go through her wedding without her. Fine. They got her (in the previous books) but now in book 3 she’s staying on the compound with Gidget in the same house and there is no mention of her for a few chapters as if she is a forgotten character. How? So much is going on in the house and nothing about her? Then we have Cat, the president of the MC who is abusive and constantly threatening his daughter but about her life and that of her best friend but yet she mentions no plans to take him down. Instead she saves him. Really???? Then there is the mother who is another forgotten character but yet Gidget is trying to mend things with her. How does that work when there is rarely any interaction. Don’t let me get started on the showdown that takes place where she could have killed Grey’s father and where her father could have gotten revenge. Let’s not forget about the fact that’s she’s pregnant and yet her father puts her life in danger and she only cares about looking good in his eyes. The sex scenes were okay could have been much better. Maybe my expectations were too high.
**SPOILERS!!** 🏍️ 🩸 So much to unpack in this book, it was thick and filled with so much! It picks up right where book 2 let off..Cat having his gun drawn…he’s going to kill her ! But then he shoots Gaz, even after he showed Cat a photo that proved Gidget’s betrayed the club! Not only that but we have the Mafia still after them, killing off Day breakers, then we have a wedding in between all that and a surprise pregnancy! Cat was not a good man in any means, but I mean none of them were. I felt his pain in the end, having to kill his own son and ultimately getting what he deserved. Gidget being the one to pull the trigger “Do it.. You’ve always known, it would always be you” Amazing series, amazing ending to the series. I absolutely hate surprise pregnancy but loved it in this book, CM has a way of doing that to me- making me a liar. lol The guys… 🥵 ugh the guys! I’ll miss them. We get a lot of their background in this book as well which I was thankful for. I like seeing Gidget repairing her relationship with her mom as well. Cant wait to read Grey and Reba’s story hoping get to see more of Gidget’s kids as well! 🥹🥹
So when I started this series I really disliked the FMC I thought she was so immature and annoying but I loved her development throughout the series. I don’t know that I’ve read another Stunich series with quite as much character development. A lot of people reviewed these books horribly due in part to the age gap. It was a little weird in the first book not going to lie but the guys did back off and tried to give her time. It was weird that they all loved her so much from the beginning when she was pretty obnoxious but when you look at their surroundings and situation I think in the end it worked. I liked the books and can’t wait to read Grey’s story. I didn’t love Reba I thought her character was such a throw away character that added nothing to the story. I guess I can see what Stunich was trying to do with this dichotomy in characters but I don’t think it worked. I loved our FMCs relationship with her father and I don’t think there could have been a better ending to their story. I cried. So don’t listen to the nay sayers with the age gap crap, read it and you will understand why it has such good reviews but you have to read them all.
Her tarnished throne is on the line. But out of the ugliness, beauty can reign. She just needs to accomplish the impossible, get one last miracle. Never doubt. She has her bikers, her mafia buddy, and her nun. This is Gidget's world. This is Gidget's time.
My goodness! This series started out strong and only got stronger. This book was tumultuous, tortured, and triumphant. It was less angsty in some ways than I expected but it made up for it with character growth. Gidget grew up and yet she also didn't. She was true to her character. She has always been and will always be a brat in the best sense. She makes mistakes and doesn't always learn from them. She will never completely behave or go soft. She's messy and I wouldn't change her. Gidget, Beast, Crown, Sin, and Grainger were great together. They are messy and I can't imagine them any other way. I even made my peace with Cat. I loved the climactic battle, the MC, the mafia, and Mother F***n Nature. It was a fitting conclusion. Finally, I love Grey, and I am excited he is getting to tell his story.
I really enjoyed this series. Though it got mad cringey sometimes. Like unbearably cringey.
But it's the kind of cringe that if it was you in that intimate moment it would feel like the best feeling and consuming, but as an outsider it's almost uncomfortable. Well it is actually.
Gidge was really intense in this finale. Strong as hell. I admire that.
I believe the author has a personal vendetta against Sons of Anarchy for some reason though. Also, holy fuck, calm down with the italics. Not everything needs to be emphasized with italics.
The epilogue was really good. It gave all the finality that I needed but not too much. Enough that you feel completely satisfied, but just left out enough that you can wonder on. I enjoy that in epilogues.
I also mostly enjoyed her pregnancy crap. Usually it's hands down an annoyance, but this was good. It didn't consume her, it wasn't her every thought. And the epilogue ending was perfect. Just she had a kid. I was really worried it was going to be a big ass thing.
