Good book. Simple, straightforward and contains a wide range of exercises and useful tips. Its the kind of book that you dont need to read from cover to cover, but is a good reference book that allows you to reach the chapters you want. Some chapter topics include Pilates, Yoga, Core strengh for Seniors, Core strength for kids, Core Srength for Pregnant women, etc. Some of the exercises also repeat in some chapters, which I view as a good thing because you dont have to keep flipping to specific pages to see workouts. Everything related to a topic is contained in a specific chapter.

I also liked that a lot of the exercises were familiar to me, and I easily was able to remember many of them so I wont need the book in front of me when I exercise and I wont have to keep stopping to refer to the book.

I didnt expect this to be the best exercise book in the world, and it isnt. But it was exactly what I was looking for and brings together a lot of exercises I've seen in articles or online and provides a very good starting point for me.
