I liked this book as I like all of Keller's TC anthologies. This book though caused me to have to skip a few chapters because the same stories appear in some of his other books. But it's still a good book as all of them are. I am in the process of reading all 40 or so of his books. They are that good.
In this volume, you'll find 18 cases of crimes committed by deadly women. You may have heard of some of them before, but the author covers the cases in an easy-to-read manner, and his thorough research provides many details not available in contemporary news reports.
From the desperation of Christina Riggs to the excessive brutality of Dorothy Williams, these women crossed the line that led them to imprisonment and death.
Once again another well write book, Mr. Keller has a wah go make you feel like you were either there when it happened or you were close to someone involved. I found myself extremely excited to read this book and j was not disappointed. The only reason I didn't give it more stars is because most of these cases are cases we head about over and over, I just wish we would hear about ones not so well known!!!
This book needs to be proofed. While there are grammatical errors throughout the book, the story of Gesina Gottfried has so many errors it's hard to read. The dates are all over the place. Some murders happened before she was born. Some show 1800s, some show 1900s. I'm glad I read this through Kindle Unlimited. I would be upset if I had paid money for something with this many errors.
Does Robert Keller not edit/proof read his books? It is very hard to read the stories when the dates are incorrect in paragraph after paragraph. He cant seem to decide between 1826 or 1927, in one story. Then continues to jump back and forth. He does this in many of his stories and books! Please hire a proof reader before publishing.
Again Robert Keller has provided intelligence on the worst kind of people--those who pray on other people. There is no remorse or guilt, these women only see what's in it for them. Makes you want to hide from them.
I highly recommend this book deadly women 3 . I really loved this even more than 1&2 you have to get it. Well written and the stories very good. Loved it
As usual, Robert Keller delivers a well-written book detailing the events in 18 murder cases. His summations are quite good, but overall the cases related are not as intriguing as those in the previous two books in the series. I am looking forward to the next volume.
