Excellent collection of bread recipes

I actually learned a couple of new recipes, even though I have been baking bread for years. That said I think there are quite a few things the author assumed everyone knows that could lead to failed bread. If you're a novice, get a more comprehensive book in addition to this. The author uses US volume measures, not Metric weighs which is far better for baking. Perhaps for the next edition there could be a little more discussion of techniques and troubleshooting.

Editor/proofreader needed

Many recipes did not specify units: 1/2 cream cheese… 1/4 cinnamon…
No caution wrt machine capacity. One recipe calls for 4 cups of flour. That would exceed the capacity of some machines. Overloading can damage a machine.
