I am extremely fortunate in having received an advance free copy of this book. The Author Shandi Boyes has had her followers on tenterhooks for some time with her teasers, and boy oh boy she did not disappoint!
This is the story of Regan, a feisty lady (and I mean Lady!) whom we have met in the Enigma series as Isaac's lawyer. She is strong and knows what she wants. She is the lady we are all jealous of, but also admire and secretly want to be.
Alex, we have also met in the Enigma series and here we find what really motivates him and his decisions.
The chemistry between the 2 is sizzling, and blasts of the pages of the book. The banter and jibbing make for some light-hearted moments, the power struggle adds oomph, but the moments of honesty and vulnerability makes for heartbreakingly identifiable characters.
I intended to read this book critically, but forgot all about that as I was dragged into their story, forgot to cook dinner and finished it in one sitting! Unfortunately, this is book one in the series, and we are left with a cliffhanger ending.. I can't wait for the next installment.
If you have not read the Enigma series, you can pick this up without any problem, as this can be read as a stand-alone. I can promise you will not be disappointed.

Issac was spot-on with his comment about Regan being the female version of him. She is a definite alpha with tons of attitude yet still she portrays classiness in everything she does...well except for when getting dirty on the farm ;) Her counterpart in this story is super hot and very alpha as well. It makes for some very interesting reading and I caught myself laughing out loud plenty of times at their witty comebacks and their banter. Their instant chemistry keeps you reading into the early hours of the mornings because you can’t seem to put it down. Even though you have two strong alphas, they both know when to back down and let the other take charge. It’s that dynamic that makes you fall in love with them as each page goes. They both have their own secrets and aren’t willing to share 100%...will those secrets make or break them? I’m so ready for more of these characters and yes be warned, there is a slight cliff hanger but Shandi never leaves us hanging for long!!!

This is book1 in the Infinite Time Trilogy. Wow what a way to start. This can easily be read as a standalone, without having to have read any previous series to be fully captivated by the storyline that unfolds between Alex and Regan. The humour is infectious, the sexual chemistry is off the charts, however the secrets both of them have threatens to destroy any further adventures if they are fully discovered. Regan is one strongwilled fierce defense lawyer who happens to be working for Isaac who is a criminal who seems to be able to evade conviction. Alex is a alpha FBI agent who will stop at nothing to bring justice and take down Issac, that is until he finds himself captivated and wanting and desiring Regan and willing to do anything to protect her from her current stalker, who has seemed to find them once again back in Reagan's home town. A wonderful action packed storyline with plenty of heat, adventures that leave you desperate for the next book in the series

There’s plenty of suspense, drama, intrigue, secrets and deceit in this well written story featuring appealing, yet complex characters. Regan is an intelligent, confident, demanding, ambitious lawyer who calls it like she sees it and goes after what she wants. Alex is dedicated to his job. He’s focused and committed – doing everything by the book – until he meets Regan. Suddenly he’s jeopardising his career with his actions. Is his interest merely a pretense to assist his current assignment, or is it something more? I loved the sexual tension, the banter and the push and pull between Regan and Alex. It will be interesting to see how things unfold in ‘Man in Queue’.

I have been waiting for Reagan's story since the Enigma Series. So I was absolutely tickled pink when I got it.
Reagan's definitely a female Alpha. Full of confidence and sass. She walks into a room and all eyes fall on her. And I love how she never takes Shit.

Rae and Alex’s friendship/relationship is built on deception more than lies. Alex wants to come clean with her to the point that it’s killing him. Her safety is more important than anything. Though we all know deception/lies never ends well in a relationship. Rae is a major ALPHA. To finally know why she is such a strong woman is heartbreaking. Though she hasn’t fully over come her secrets. I see Alex in another light than I did in previous series. He is a protector of her, but not fully aware of who/what from. The sexual tension between them is so strong you can feel it just from reading their story.
If you’ve read any part of the Issac or Hugo series you HAVE to read this!!!

Are lights up a room like the fourth of July and his job is his family's legacy. Brendan he give up either? If his superiors find out about he's been doing with Rae who he's suppose to follow to get to his target he would be in a lot of hot water. But so many things happening and someone is trying to kill Rae. Now to help her with her guilt for Luca and so many secrets which can't be told how can he make sure he doesn't slip. She can't find out what he does for a living. He has to stay close to see what Isaac is up to buy is that the actual reason?

Regan is a lawyer and her current client is Isaac a man that always evades going to jail. Alex is a FBI agent investigating Isaac and will do whatever it takes to bring him down. Sparks fly between Regan and Alex and even though they know they shouldn't they end up giving in to their attraction. Can Alex still manage to do his job when the woman he is seeing is working to keep his free? Will they be able to have a relationship and keep work out of it?
This is an amazing story that will have you on the edge of you seat waiting to see what will happen. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Another 5 Star book by Shandi Boyes… Don't Miss This One!!!
He's an alpha, good-looking FBI agent and she's a drop-dead gorgeous dancer. This is a great book, fast paced, page turner. It's a sexy romance book with lots of dancing around each other and so many secrets. Number 1 being she doesn't know he is FBI and she works for the complete opposite. Lots of stuff going on you don't want to miss. Plus throw in immense sadness and danger you have a fantastic book. I can't wait for the next one! All of Shandi's books are awesome. You won't be disappointed.

Wow
I was probably one of the first ones to read this book. I didn’t want to leave a hush review. Because it is the first one of the series, it answers some questions that I have from other books, but it gives me a whole bunch more. As with all of her books, I totally love it, and this is probably one of the first ones I didn’t want to throw pineapples at her. Shandi’s books to me have twists and turns you weren’t expecting. But that’s what makes a Books good. I recommend this book fully. Shandi if you are reading this get to writing book two lol.

I have been waiting so impatiently for Regan’s story, hooked by teasers from the author, and this absolutely did not fail to deliver.
I have not read a bad Shandi Boyes book, and I don’t foresee that changing.

Regan and Alex just bounce off each other. Two totally different personalities creating many a laugh with their banter and even a few tears as well. As a sparkling fiesty woman who takes no crap it seems as though she has finally met her match.
So captivating I didn't realise it was near the end of the book until I turned the last page.
So eager to resume their story in this fantastic trilogy when the next part is released.

This book is about a women who is super strong on the outside but a little bit insecure inside. Something tragic happened to her when she was young and it takes a very strong man to help her get past it. But when they finally figured out you have a whole lot of sexy going on. Lady in Waiting is one of my favorite stories ever written by this Author. This is only book one of a three-part series, which is one of the reasons I absolutely love this author .She always leaves us wanting more and she always delivers it!

This is book one in the Infinite Time Trilogy, I will state the obvious that this book ends on a cliffhanger. Meet Alex and Regan. These two are total opposites in every way, other than they are both lawyers. Even the one thing they have in common is an opposite though as one is for the defense and the other is the prosecutor. Alex and Regan have a lot of challenges ahead of them and we get to be a part of them all. Enjoy the introduction, it will leave you speechless and wanting book two.

I really like it. The banter, the sexual tension, and their obsession for one another is something I strive for. I also like the fact that the characters were not just constantly hooking up all throughout the book like the first 4 books in this series (which I did not finished the 3rd book by the way) I love this book. I can see how the author improved and probably adhered to what the readers want. But there's still her signature "Alpha" thing in the book. I actually find it hilarious when the characters brought up the Alpha thing and quarreled about it lol. Love it!

H.O.T. I have been waiting on this book for a long time. When Isaac said she was the female version of him, I knew it would be inevitable that I read it! This book is simply amazing! Shandi always comes through with more than we expected and I love her for that! Alex is a strong alpha character as well and that makes it even better! So looking forward to more because they keep getting better and better!!! Brilliant author!!!

Shattered
Sandi Boyles is an excellent writer, I've read all her books. This one was a bit difficult for me to get 'into'. I had difficulty following the storyline, may have been because I was down with a cold. The ending shattered me...Now I can't wait for the continuation. Alex and Rea are so cute...bickering about nothing, the sexual tension is palpably. Can't wait to find out more about Dane.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading Lady in Waiting. The storyline has me intrigued and I’m loving these characters. Rae is strong willed, with a sense of humour, she portrays a bitchy, brow raising woman but she is anything but. Alex is an alpha male in every sense of the word, but she has him questioning himself and putting everything on the line. So many secrets being held close to the heart, omissions of the truth and lies being put out there. I’m on the edge of my seat wanting to know the answers!

Alex is an FBI agent, tasked with bringing down a bad guy who is very good at covering his tracks. Rae is the bad guy's lawyer, and doesn't know Alex has been watching her every move. She's also beautiful, sexy, sassy and intelligent. The two want each other, though the circumstances of their relationship don't make for easy navigation.
This book is chock full of chemistry and desire. A good choice for readers who like alpha men and strong heroines.

Disapointed
I have truly enjoyed this series so far. Watching the character's interact and grow into the stories has been great but I am so disapointed in the portrayal of Regan, her back story and her interaction with Alex is so weak for the strong woman she has been in the previous books. Also the lack of strength in Isaacs background on Alex etc. I finished it but very disapointed.

Lady in waiting
I have been waiting for Regan and Alex's story since the start of Enigma and it absolutely has not disappointed. So many secrets so many lies or omissions of truths and its a bound to unravel.

I have been waiting for Regan and Alex's story since the start of Enigma and it absolutely has not disappointed. So many secrets so many lies or omissions of truths and its a bound to unravel.

I loved this book, it made me sad at times, it made me question, especially about Isaac my very favourite character even though I know he is one of the good ones and it made me laugh out loud; then it left me on tenterhooks. I absolutely loved it and the dynamic between the 2 main characters is amazing, cannot wait to read the next one.

I literally don’t know where to even start on the SEXINESS in this book dear lord!!! The push and pull between these two builds the list to ultimate heights... and once they both give in its FIREWORKS!!! Nothing short of giving you hot flashes I can promise you that!!! Do not miss out on this book!!!

OMG! Alex and Rae is a thrill ride!! I can’t believe I have to wait to finish this roller coaster ride. Raven is smart, beautiful , sassy in charge and takes no prisoners! When she meets Alex all bets are off. This is a true thrill a minute can’t wait for the next page story! Love it.

Shandi has done it again! Beautiful drama and suspense in this book and you feel so connected to Regan because you can easily see yourself in her situation! If you are a fan of Shandi’s work you will see some surprising characters involved with Regan’s life through this book. Can’t wait for the second book of the trilogy as I have so many questions unanswered so far!
