Just couldn't get into it. Probably read more of the same. Definitely watched this plot. Sons of anarchy had childhood club friends one goes off to be a doctor comes back to the club to mend their wounds. Literally and figuratively. The difference with this was too much of nothing much. The club doesn't have much revenue, interesting members.etc just needs something to differentiate the book from hundreds of others (and I've read a lot of MC titles)🙃

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Wow, just wow! This was my first book by both of these authors and now I can't for the next one and I'm hoping it's about Splitter. I loved Jane and Trace together, two people who felt something for each other, but Jane being the founders daughter and younger than him, there was no way Trace would make a move. The MC is no life for a woman who has her future ahead of her, aspirations and wants more out of life. Jane's father sent her away to get her education and become a doctor, and while back home visiting with her father, tragedy strikes and proves to her how bad the MC life really is. How do you leave it really? Only one person gets her and that's Trace. He's all man now and Jane can't stop looking at him like he's a yummy snack that she wants gobble up. They are all wrong for each other, but again perfect for each other. Danger, lust and passion, gathered together with the brotherhood and taking over the ranks as president in the club, could spell disaster if Trace takes his relationship with Jane farther than he should. Jane could become a liability that he's not ready to risk. Will Trace follow his heart or will he put an end to his and Jane's budding relationship before it goes too far? I guess you will need to read this to find out, no spoilers from me. Amazing, MC books have fast become my favorites and now I'm hook on the Savage Saints and can't wait for more. I highly recommend this book.

Jane grew up in a small town with her father being the founder of the Savage Saints MC, but he always tried to keep Jane safe and away from the MC and the dealings, illegal and legal. But when Paul dies in Jane's arms, she has to get away from everything MC related and wants to have nothing to do with them ever again. But can she be truly free of the MC?

When Jane returns to Green Hills, Tracy can't believe she is back. He wants his friend back, but can he have her back in all the ways he wants? Will Tracy be able to keep her safe, protected and loved?

The love and attraction between Jane and Tracy is great!!! But sometimes, it takes more than love to make a relationship work. And it takes getting out of the way to see what the other person sees. This story is full of so much promise of the next books to come, but if you like drama, MC muscle men, love, lust, romance, twists and turns, surprises and much more, this is the book for you!! I can't wait for more in this series! We need to get more information on the rest of the MC, Splitter included. What A brilliant collaboration between Hazel Parker and J.C. Allen. As a lover of MC romance, I am picky to say the least. This release is spectacular. I'm telling you that you'll be hooked all the way through. The Savage Saints MC President's Daughter, Jane, has always renounced anything to do with the Club, but when tragedy strikes, it's the Club that continues to support her. Trace, the now MC President, has always had a soft spot for Jane, but when she returns after over a decade away, his interest grows. Follow along as they come together and steam up your e-reader while they find themselves their happily ever after. With the creation of this MC, both Authors have proved, yet again, that their talent knows no end. What a dramatic and intriguing storyline. I can not wait to see what is next for this Brotherhood.

I voluntarily requested an advanced reader'scopy of Ride Hard in exchange for my honest & voluntarily given opinion and I couldn't recommend it more. Anything written by either is sure to be a hit, however, together they have truly amazed me.

Fantastic motorcycle club romance. Jane has been gone for 10 years but the minute she comes back, Tracy wants her. Their age made a difference 10 years ago when she was only 18, but now they are both adults and their attraction for each other is magnetic. Jane’s father was killed by a the Devils Mercenaries motorcycle club 10 years ago so she is well aware of the hazards of club life and has lived in it her entire life. But that still doesn’t keep her from being attracted to Tracy. Can she live the motorcycle club life even though her father told her to get as far away from it as she could?

Great book. Can Tracy and the other Saints members protect Jane? Wonderful storyline. Their story is not just of lust, but of true love and a bond so strong it can’t be broken. Believable characters. Love the club members camaraderie. So funny. Slow burning romance. Really great book. Can’t wait to read Splitter’s story.

Tracy (Trace) Cole has been the president of the Savage Saints MC for 10 yrs. and now that Jane Peters is back in town he cannot seem to wait to see her and when he does it is because he had a run in with the DM's and needs assistance and she happens to be available at the time. Jane Peters has come back to Greenhills to work for the next 2 1\2 yrs to pay a debt. Jane and Trace realize they have an attraction for each other even though others want to stand in the way. This is their story as well as the Savage Saints. This is a look into the motorcycle world of a small town and how it effects family and friends good and bad. Normally I like the books by Hazel Parker, but this one missed the mark a bit for me.I feel like some parts were too drawn out and I feel like Jane's character wasn't believable in some parts. She goes from hating the MC and wanting nothing to do with them or the town to moving back to the same town shr claims to hate to pay them back. She could have sent the MC payments. Then the whole falling for Trace was juat all over the place. One minute she's pulling away anf dissing the MC then she's teasing Trace and challenging him to court here while visiting the same MC she claims she wants nothing to do with. Just a walking contradiction. Glad that she finally figured things out and got it together. Overall it was just ok.

I really wanted to like this. I found it at the end of 2020 through an authors newsletter, and after reading the blurb it sounded like something I would enjoy. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

It definitely had the potential to be, but it just couldn't hold my attention (DNF @ 30%). The biggest problem for me was the writing style, and that's not to say it was bad but I just felt it didn't suit the story. For being an MC romance, it was missing the grit and excitement that usually accompanies this genre. I'm not sure how to explain it, but it felt like the author was trying to be poetic with every sentence which didn't flow in my opinion.

I wouldn't say this was horrible, but for it being an MC book— it doesn't hold up compared to other stories in the genre. I would say though, if you're looking for lighter and softer MC books, this may be for you.

Hazel Parker and JC Allen team up to create a new MC series. If you like MC romance stories, this is a good one. There is Jane who is the daughter of the president of the MCs and can not stand the group. Then there is Trace who becomes the president after something bad happens to Jane's dad. Jane did what her Dad wanted and left. He told her to stay away forever though some unsettled debts made her find her way back to her small town. They have always liked each other though can the bad blood Jane has for the MCs keep them apart? This book is well written with good primary and secondary characters. Good action and steam. Looking forward to reading more of this series.

After a tragic attack, June Peters laid her father to rest, she left town and never looked back. She is now a doctor, but there is one things that she can get past-the fact that the Savage Saints MC put her through school. Wanting to pay them back and sever all ties with them, she has returned to her hometown that she hates. Her plan is to work hard, pay her debt, and then get the hell out of dodge. There is just one problem-Trace, the Savage Saints MC President . He is everything that she wants in a man. Can these tow fight the intense attraction and connection that they feel towards one another?

In my opinion, this is an awesome start to what I'm sure is going to be an awesome series! The characters are great, and the story line flows effortlessly.

Savage Saints Strike😀

Jane’s father is the founder and President of the Savage Saints MC. He is gunned down and dies in Jane’s arms. Jane had already decided that she wanted to be a doctor to help people and now even more so. She leaves town but returns unexpectedly a decade later. Her plan is to pay back the MC the money they paid for her education and then to leave again.....however she never accounted for her feelings for the one man she once crushed on, to give her attention now! Trace is all man but she wants him to prove he wants her for the long haul and she puts him through his paces.

A good start to this new series and a thank you to Hazel Parker for my advanced copy for which I leave my honest review😂

What a fantastic start to the Savage Saints Mc series. The first book in this exciting series Ride Hard was filled with action, drama, danger and a steamy romance between Trace the current president of the Savage Saints Mc and Jane the daughter of the founding father of the club.
Jane returns home after leaving 10 years ago after the tragic death of father to find herself amidst a biker war that will have her remembering all the club values that her father lived and died by.

I gave the book 4 stars as the timeline of the events when Trace was injured is a bit confusing. He wakes up 24 hrs after the event but Trace and Jane talk about their fallout as it happend that same morning.

She watched her father die, the a Saints had taken everything from her. So she takes their money and went to medical school. Even though she had a new life she felt it tainted by the past and decides to repay the money. This is an action packed, hot, contemporary romance. The characters are so well written and filled with great personalities ties, you can’t help but be invested in the characters. The storyline is full of surprises, un expected twists, action galore, suspense, romance and sexy sexy scenes. What more can you ask for? It also contains a fair amount of emotional drama as the characters need to overcome their insecurities. It’s a great read.

(Trace & Jane): TRIGGERS: assault, kidnapping. Let me just preface this by saying that I DID actually like this book however, I have to say the female lead, Jane was saying a freaking hypocrite and judgmental. I can honestly say I didn't like her for most of the book. The story starts in the past and with an event that changes Jane and the MC forever. After the time jump, Trace is the president of the club and Jane is back in town after going to college and medical school. I enjoyed the fast burning match between Trace and Jane. The two have a lot to work out, especially the club and the war with their rivals. The danger between the clubs is exciting and explosive and almost like watching a ping pong match. Really good story, but I'm anxious to get into the next book.

a good first in a new series , Trace president of the MC and Jane the daughter of the founder and original president of the MC are great characters , Jane left town years ago vowing not to go back when her father was shot and died in her arms , now a doctor she's back to pay the Mc back for paying for her schooling , she and Jace always had a connection and meeting again makes it even stronger , but will they get their HEA , a good read with a good storyline and great characters with drama , hot chemistry and so much more , can't wait for the second book in this series

Her father was the president of the Savage Saints MC but he wanted better for her so the MC paid for her education to train as a doctor but when she returned home for a holiday her father was gunned down in front of her by a rival MC The Devil's Mercenaries. Now she has finished her education and she has returned as she owes the club Trace is the new president of the club these two grew up together and the attraction between them has grown Will Trace follow his heart and claim Jane or will he do what is best for the club and walk away from her You will need to read to see This is an action packed roller coaster ride and I am looking forward to more stories of Savage Saints.

Looking forward to more of this series

The night her father died in her arms was the last Jane wanted to see of the Savage Saints MC. Being their president was what got him killed and she wanted nothing to do with them. But since their money had paid for her medical degree, she’s back in town, but only long enough to pay them back. So she thinks.

The night the club’s Prez was murdered was the worst of Trace’s life. Not only was the man he had looked up to dead, but now he had to lead the club. And the woman he loved hated the MC with everything in her. When she comes back to town, he’s determined to protect her but keep his distance. Can he do really both?

This is one hot biker story and let me tell you upfront, I really loved Jane's character and how the narrator read her part, especially the flirtatious direct speech. Perfect delivery! My favourite part of voice acting in this narration.
As to the story, that was hot. The characters were relatable, believable but also heroic at the same time. Hot MC pres meets sexy doctor. Again. Maybe their background story from Jane's childhood could have had a little more detail with an anecdote or two but that's splitting hairs. This book combines great storytelling, loveable characters and some way out sexy scenes in the most entertaining way possible. Totally deserved 5 stars!

Grabbed the box set through Kindle Unlimited as it sounded interesting and I fancied a bit of MC reading.
Couldn’t get into the first book. Started well but then fizzled with very little of interest happening.
Just seemed this group of bikers were slowly running down to nothing.
Their was no excitement, no action and definitely didn’t feel a connection between Jane and Tracy.
The ten year time gap probably didn’t help.
I could understand that Jane needed to complete medical school but no biker gang would ever go without avenging the death of one of theirs, especially their president/ leader for ten years.
So unfortunately this was not for me. Back to my favourite mc’s for a fix.

This is the first book in a new MC series from this talented author. Jane was the daughter of the President; that is until he was gunned down by a rival club right in front of her. Jane left to go to medical school but is back in town to settle some old debts. Trace is now the President of the Savage Saints, and the chemistry between these two is undeniable. This is a well written story, which had me totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner and I cannot wait to read more in this intriguing series. I highly recommend for all MC lovers.

Can she hold her feelings for him back? Can she forgive the Saints for her father getting killed? What will Trace do when he finds out?

Wow what a great start

I got this book,and read it from start to finish in a day couldn't put it down. This book comes full circle. The heroine is strong,feisty,and very compelling. The hero is strong,brooding,and did I mention hot and quite a character. The heroine was born to the lifestyle but shuns it as she looses her father. Something or someone draws her home and she finds she doesn't hate the club but embraces it. Great begging to the series can't wait for the next instalments. Definitely a must read.

A phenomenal read!! It is beautifully written with a well-developed, consistent, and engaging plot. The storyline is action-packed, intriguing, and emotionally deep. The humour, witty banter, and brotherhood add to the overall enjoyment of this book. The characters are strong, deep, and loveable; the chemistry between them is off the charts and undeniable. It is a very exciting read and comes highly recommended. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

Okay

Not a bad book good writing and the story line is a bit unbelievable . It reads more like an X-rated harlequin-romance than an MC book. Pretty tame for the MC world but I guess even though the Saints are killers they are otherwise pretty tame. In most books they try to hide the bodies so I’m not sure why all of these guys are not locked up. Jane as a doctor is pretty blasé about them killing a lot of people too. Overall okay but not something I would highly recommend. Happy reading.

After her father’s death Jane can’t run away and leaving behind the her only home, the Savage Saints MC, and everything they entail behind her. Years later she returns with a goal in mind, but she never expected to fall for the only biker that she had a soft spot for all those years ago who is now the President. This is a great story of loss, love, family, forgiveness, and moving forward. This was my first time reading a Hazel Parker novel but it will not be my last!
