A picture book for early primary school students about "attuned eating"--being attentive to signs of hunger and knowing when appetite is satisfied (not "full"). It's unfortunate that a number of the foods mentioned to satisfy the appetite are empty calories. However, the author does imply that we often eat out of boredom and that activity is a better choice. An appropriate read-aloud to meet some curriculum expectations in early elementary school.
