Chance:

I didn’t know what danger was until I was assaulted one night. It was a hate crime against the LGBTQ+ community, but fortunately, two cops stepped out from the shadows and wrestled my attacker to the ground. My breath caught upon seeing them because Mason and Logan are everything I’ve ever wanted: brawny, handsome, and heroic. But something tells me there’s more to these men than meets the eye.

Logan:

We shouldn’t have taken what the young man offered. But when he knocked on our door, my twin and I gave into our deepest desires. We’re twins who share, and Chance said he wanted to feel alive again after his close brush with death. As a result, we stepped up and made it a skin-to-skin game.

But now, the relationship has gone off the rails. Chance wants more – not just our bodies, but also our hearts, minds, and souls. The problem? We’re not ready for this. We’re cops, and while the force has an unofficial “Don’t ask, Don’t tell” policy, it’s difficult to keep our innermost desires secret. But Chance wants more. He’s not satisfied with being kept in the closet. He wants to be part of our lives, out in the open and proud. Can we do this for him? Will we, when our lives and careers are at stake?

New York. Two Cops, one student, equals hot romance !
Chance is a server at a busy bar, he's a gay college guy, but has no experience with men.
First some guy attempted to steal his tips, then he walked home and was jumped by a big, drunk, gay-basher.
Two off duty Cops, twins, 30, were also waking in the area, and jump in to rescue Chance.
Logan and Mason, larger, hunky, muscled men, are eight year veteran's of the police force, stay with Chance at the hospital. We hear light tales of the men's pasts, and what they are doing now. Logan and Mason are advocates for the LGBT community, and train cadets at the academy. Chance is planning to extend his schooling, now that his family is gone, but his Aunt's inheritance will pay for school.
Chance and the brothers begin a M/M/M sexual relationship, that escalates to hanging out and then a first date.
Their sexy times are super hot, and all are falling hard. Chance's therapist gives him bad advice, so he finds another, but meanwhile he shades the guys, and focuses on recovering and his mental health, PTSD, etc.
After an LGBT charity event at the bar, the men finally get to air out their complicated feelings.
The deep feelings and thoughts about the menage aren't delved into very much, but this is a lovely, HEA type tale, and I liked it.
We get a grand epilogue !
ENJOY !

I debated on whether to give this 2 or 3 stars but I ultimately settled on 2 just because I never felt connected to the characters and there were some weird grammar issues.

Two of the three people in this relationship are brothers and though they never really interact or touch during sex, they are both present at the same time so some people may not like that. To me, it just seemed like there was no reason to make them brothers because it never really played into any of their interactions beyond them mentioning that some of the people they had slept with in the past had a twin kink.

Beyond the hate crime that happened in this book at the very beginning, the plot felt very secondary. I don't necessarily always need the plot to come first in a romance book but in this one, not only was the plot secondary but it also felt weirdly disjointed. There was also a big miscommunication plot thrown into the last 25% of the book which I really could have done without.

I may look at the plots for some of the other books in this series to see if any spark my interests because I do really like menage but there were a lot of things in this book that make me hesitant and based on its lower rating compared to a lot of romance, it seems like I'm not the only one that thinks that.

Thank you for the ARC read, I voluntarily give this book an honest review. Chance was about to leave the club, when Tammy tells him he had to at least do one dance before he left.  Feeling the beat chance closes his eyes when he feels a broad chest rub up behind him. Lost in the dance with the cute ginger that is until he tries to pickpocket him. One encounter with a guy was enough for him. Heading him he was lost in his thought of the future when he's grabbed and hauled in a dark alley. Being recused Logan thinks he maybe seeing double when the guy holding him looks just like the guy sitting on his attacker. When he passes out he somehow feels safe. Logan and Mason was heading home after night on the town. Walking down the street when a guy hits Logans radar with his actions of gays slurs. Waiting and walking a few paces behind him the spot when he grabbed this young guy.
When they all feel something with each other, the twins have to go easy afraid to scare Chance off because of the trauma he under went. Chance just wanted to feel safe again, but it seems as if Mason and Logan aren't willing to touch him after that one night or if they do they place a wall up about victimisation. Can Chance have a chance of happiness with his twins? This was such a moving story of the struggles Chance goes through in his trauma. How love can help over come some emotional pains.

Well written story! The characters will pull you in from start to finish. I loved Chance from the beginning! He seems like a free spirit, positive outlook on life, and an artist. All it takes is one night to change everything! Chance is attacked one night and he gets saved by two strong handsome gentlemen Mason and Logan, identical twins. The twins can’t help but feel for Chance and have the need to protect him and be with him, although reluctant at first, they come to admit how each other feels. I love this trio because it’s a beautiful friendship that grew to a “relationship” quick. I love that they teach each other and don’t realize it. They fall for each other and it feels like they will do anything for Chance and want to be there for him. Chance is dealing with his inner demons after his attack and has a lot going in his mind that he doesn’t know what to think. Overtime, he comes to slowly get back to a routine. But the HEA for these men was beautiful. I had fun reading this story, I laughed a little, got teary eyed for a bit, but I grew to love this family!

I received an ARC copy of this story!

I’m overwhelmed. This story just grabbed me from the start and I could not set it down.

What a original plot line. Cops finding their one at a crime scene. As Chance’s battle to overcome his attack is dealt with he gets other issues to focus on. As for Mason and Logan they seem sad through the majority of the story. Put these three together and “right” takes on a whole new meaning. I love this story. It really tugs on my emotions. The joy and sadness the author brings into this story kept me from wanting to set it down and I was sad when it ended. I also liked how she brought in that little twist with the twin’s “cousin”. The ending was special in that I never would have guessed the group was heading that direction. Every time I feel the author has topped her story telling she brings a better one yet. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

This is an outstanding, emotional MMM romance that grabs the reader’s attention & keeps it until the end. The plot is intriguing, well-thought out & written. The characters are well-developed, and have a variety of traits and different sides to their individual personalities.
There is: A gentle young man that was attacked on the way home from a club where he is employed (Chance Smith), His two rescuers who just happen to be twins & policemen (Logan & Mason Jones), A caring friend & fellow employee (Tammy), drama, homophobia, insults, an assault, rescued, injuries, attractions, verbal banter, vulnerability, PTSD, therapy, doubts, advice, confusion, heartache, emotional turmoil, admittance, declaration, happiness, love, some steam & a wonderful satisfying epilogue.
I enjoyed reading this MMM romance & will recommend it.

I give this 3 1/2 stars. I read book 1 in the series and gave it 1 star for its juvenile use of words. Then I thought I’d wait a while to read book 5 to see if it would improve. This is definitely better but there is still need for improvement. Some of the words during smexy times made me cringe somewhat. Instead of getting you in the mood they stalled the action. Tbh I was a bit concerned with the fact of the cops being twins. Had this been a woman she has plenty of herself to go around. As their relationship would progress body parts would “bump”. Luckily their talk of future dp was just that all talk. Had it appeared on the page I would have cringed as it would have been incest as far as I was concerned. The storyline was interesting though.

Chance was viciously attacked in an alley when Logan and Mason happened upon the scene and saved him. Chance was attracted to Logan and Mason and vice versa, but Logan and Mason were afraid to start anything with Chance because of the trauma he'd just endured. However, when Chance approached Mason and Logan to thank them for saving him, they just couldn't resist him any longer. Chance had a rough go of therapy and didn't know who to trust to help him heal. It took him gaining his independence to learn to heal and trust his own decisions again. It was sweet of Tammy and Marcella to try and help Chance and the twins to finally get their acts together and admit they love each other.

Chance meets Mason and Logan when they save him from being attacked in a hate crime. Chance tracks them down to thank them for saving him but he does more than that. During a therapy session Chance is told not to be in with the twins as they are not helping him heal and after a while he starts to believe and breaks it off with them, he starts art therapy which helps and after an intervention he realises he doesn’t care what other people think and he goes after Mason and Logan who are hurt for being ghosted for an unknown reason.

I'm torn about this.
On the one hand I like the general idea of what happened here. On the other it all read so... robotic, not natural in a way. I just know I found myself reading words but not feeling them.
Also, and this is just me here, I would've loved some twincest happening, yummy AF
But anyway, it was fine; just other ppl will appreciate it more I'm sure.

I'll keep reading 📖

Twin cops + single artist = love

A good story of recovery from a traumatic event made possible by love and support and self-acceptance. Gorgeous twin cops save a young artist when he is the victim of a hate crime. Follow along as they explore the attraction they all feel. HEA & no cliffhanger.

This was a trip. Never seen incest normalised as much as it was here and yes the brothers never with each other but they're sharing a boyfriend at the same time and plan to get even more physical and it was just bizzare that they're practically dating and everyone is like so easily finding it to be something normal. Besides that, things moved a lil too fast for my liking.

Wow, just wow. Mason, Logan and Chance meet under the worst circumstances. However something beautiful is able to grow from it. It was delightful to watch the chemistry unfold as they all figured out exactly what they wanted.
