The author is a business person, not a healer. This book has no depth of understanding and lacks practical guidance. The information included within would be better suited for a superficial blog post and was obviously not researched well or very deeply at all. This feels like a money grab aimed at vulnerable and struggling people.

As a counselor I found this book to be something I’d give to my clients. It is an easy read and right in the beginning there’s a list of resources to point a betrayer partner too.

Bought it because it got good reviews and figured it's got to be at least be decent but I am not sure I read the same book at the people who said this helped them. Vapid and condescending are the 2 words that come to mind when I think about what I jus read. I've seen pamphlets more insightful and compassionate.
