A team in mourning. A town in chaos. A secret that changes everything. The powers that be have decided to dangle the idea of freedom before the Enhanced but Minefield is all we've known. Many are afraid to leave, their fight or flight modes kicking in. With special abilities abounding, our job becomes nearly impossible. Cue new recruits. The arrival of new blood forces me into a position I never trainer. Making nice has never been my strong suit and being asked to shape hearts and minds can only backfire. On top of that, my team and I are slated to be guinea pigs for the Enhanced release program and are being thrown into the world as a test group. Hoping to enjoy my first time outside of Minefield's walls, I can't fathom the horror turning our field trip from a social experiment into something resembling my own personal Hell. With fear at the helm, my team will stop at nothing to make us whole again. Even if it means becoming exactly what the world thinks we dangerous .

LeAnn Mason is an author of YA/NA Urban Science Fantasy with prominent crime elements, her debut novel Illusionary is set to release March 23, 2018.
When she's not writing, she can be found out with her hubby and two munchkins around their Oklahoma home either herding chickens or racing ATVs.
Though currently horseless, she has been riding since her early teen years and adores the giant animals so much that she wrote them into her story. Music is another constant in her life, a literal muse to her writing, so it was no surprise to find it entrenched in the pages as well.

I received a digital arc in exchange for an honest review. This is simply my opinion on the book and is not influenced by any external factor. There will be some spoilers from the previous books in the series, but I will try not to spoil anything from this one.

Here it is, the review of the final installment of the Minefield Enforcers – Revolutionary. The group – minus Dane – encounters new challenge. Enhanced are now allowed to leave Minefield. But the world outside Minefield isn’t exactly what they all expected. More Enforcers are recruited and our group is sent to test the reception of Enhanced in ‘civilized’ society. But things don’t always go according to plan. And now more than ever, the team needs their Enhanced abilities and cooperation with each other to make sure they all survive.

Here’s what you can expect while reading Revolutionary:
• Expect the group to experience culture shock while mingling with the NEs for the first time. Things we take for granted today won’t come as easily to them.
• There is a focus on romance in the first part of the story, however, it is all clean and not graphic/explicit. The story shifts from more romance to more action at the half-way point.
• There is no explicit adult content, apart from some strong curses which are said/thought in the last 40 or so percent of the book. There is a little bit of gory violence at the end which involves popping an eye, but nothing more graphic than that.
• A massive plot twist takes place in that last 40% or so of the book, you’re in for a really exciting and heart-pounding ride. I really wasn’t expecting that confession at the end, but it really explained a lot of what had happened throughout the series.
• The theme of friendship is still going strong as the group works together and helps each other. Even Steve/Boat Shoes was included, which helped strengthen character development for himself and for the group in general.
• We get a chapter from Holden’s perspective!!!! It’s such a different experience from reading in Nathalee’s perspective due to Holden’s muteness. And in such an exciting part of the book – LOVED IT!

This was one of the book series endings that definitely did not leave me disappointed. Thank you LeAnn for giving me the chance to read and review these; it’s been an incredible journey, and I look forward to reading more of your books in the future.

10 MILLION STARS!!!!!!

I have to say, this is one of my new favorite series!!!! I am sad to say goodbye to these characters, and their world.

The final book started off with a melancholy feel. The team has suffered loss and are working their way to moving on. And moving on they do!!! The gate opens up for the team to enter the world of the NE (Non-Enhanced ). It’s not an easy mission, but the Minefield Enforcers do their best to make things work.

There were lots of surprises, twists & turns. My head was spinning!! This was the PERFECT conclusion to a brilliant series!! Mason writes the best characters. I have a number of book boyfriends just from her characters!! In this series Holden captured my heart. His love, devotion & protectiveness of Nat was really charming, and everything you’d want in a guy!!
Nat is such an extraordinary main character, but very relatable at the same time. I could go on and on about each character, because I love them so much. But that would be a long review!! I just loved this unique and engaging series, and I HIGHLY recommend you read it!!!

Wow absolutely loved Revolutionary.
The gang returns minus 1. Sad but determined to carry on they carry on defending Minefield.
Excited with the prospect of leaving and going to the NE world, Nat, Holden and the gang are ready for it.
They face everything they expected and more. Nat has some revelations to deal with when her path forces her to come face to facewith an unexpected past colleague and an enemy she didn’t expect.
I couldn’t put Revolutionary down. I loved the way this book went.
Can’t wait to read more from LeAnn in the future

I really enjoyed this series. I will admit though, I did not like the ending very much. It felt rushed and like it just abruptly ended. I need even just a few more chapters and it wouldn’t have bothered me. This book kept me super engaged and then boom. It was over. What?!!! It was not very satisfying. :(

Overall though, I would read this series again and I really loved the characters and the world.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I loved seeing the character development from the beginning to now. It was such a great close to a really fun series! While the entire book was good, it took a bit to get to the point where I legit couldn’t put it down. Once it got there- oh freakin wow! Did that just happen?! #ithappened
Some bonus and very random things I truly appreciated: the authors use of curse words. Is that weird? Personally I don’t like to speak or read curse words, but on occasion the situation calls for it and an “f bomb” must be dropped. So for me, they were appropriately used in ways that didn’t bother me a bit. In fact, I would have been saying them myself.
The 2nd random thing: I’ve worked with horses for over 20 years and nothing drives more more crazy than books and movies who get the horse thing all wrong!!! From how to hold the reins, how to ask a horse to go, how to lead a horse, how a horse behaves- there’s so much to get wrong if you don’t educate yourself or work with someone who is. The author did a superb job with the horse scenes. I laughed a bit, because I’ve so been there - round pens, horses that love mud, and more.
I definitely recommend this book and this entire series

LeAnn Mason wrapped up her Minefield Enforcers trilogy with a bang--literally. The plot was as twisty as the last two were and the banter between the characters was as on point as I've come to expect with her series! But more than those lovely gems is how far the team and it's dynamics have come and changed for the better. The group is still working through their grief from the aftermath of the last book, but in that grief they've found a more cohesive bond as a unit, teammates, and as friends. Even Boat Shoes is becoming more a part of the team and is part of the cohesiveness. This last chapter in the series, pushes ALL the characters emotionally and mentally as they face challenges unlike any they've come up against before. And with those challenges, the reader gets more of a glimpse into all of the characters' growth as each face obstacles that push them outside of their comfort zones. Overall, I really loved this book and getting to glimpse a bit of Holden's thoughts without the filter from Nat.

I am so sad to see this series end. It has the potential to go on forever. In fact, Netflix might wanna snatch this up. It would make a amazing series!
In the final book the Enhanced are preparing to intermingle with the non-enhanced. More recruits are being scouted and trained. Nat and her team get to take trip to the the NE world in a attempt to assist other agency to see if they can work together efficiently. Especially since segregation is ending. Things start to go way left. There is so much conniving and deception going on. I was so surprised by the turn of events and the truths reveled about some of the characters. Sorry trying to not leave any spoilers. This mission will either break the The Minefield Enforcers or bring them closer together. Lets not forget about Nat and Holden's amazing relationship ( swoon )

This last book in the series was thrilling and heart rending at the same time. The story is nonstop action, but I'm sorry to see the series end.

Nat and her team head out as the first Enhanced to have access to the outside world. Though there are things they all want to experience while they're able to move among the normal humans, there is also danger. And when they face the unthinkable, they discover their exposure to the world outside of Minefield may have been calculated and involve someone from the inside.

It's so difficult to say goodbye to these characters as I've become attached to them and to this story. But this is a fitting end to the series and contains eye-opening parallels to our society today. This story gets under your skin, and there are just too many things I love about to mention all of them. I'm looking forward to seeing what this author has moving forward.

One amazing, suspenseful and intriguing series conclusion that just keeps surprising us! Nat and Holden are back with their fellow Enforcers and they're ready to see how non-enhanced humans live. There are tiny hiccups along the way and one huge twist that leaves you hoping that the team can come together in true unity. Nat is as snarky and clumsy as ever. We are introduced to some new team mates who have very important abilities. This wrapped up the series brilliantly with the most perfect of bows, at least for Nathalee and Holden. I'm still dying to see what the future holds for the other Enforcers! Ms. Mason can pen one page turning book that holds so much emotional pull! This just may break your heart a bit while a tear or many slip out 💖

Wowza what a trip. Revolutionary was just fantastic. I love the way Leann still shocked us with some of the twists and tricks up her sleeve for this conclusion. and I love The way Nats Enforcers are her family along with her real one. Holden is just fabulous and is one of my TOP 10 fav book boyfriends. Now everything isn't hunky-dory in this one things happen Nat gets taken and the team has to pull together to find her. The Commander finally tells what his ability is and I really love Nats speech to him after. Im curious if Leann has plans on making an novella on Devlin and Aimee they intrigue me. And that epilogue was so cool.

The final book in this series, this book starts with a melancholy anticipation—the impending interaction between Minefield and the rest of the world is throwing everyone off, among other changes in Nathalee’s team. Despite the somber and serious air, Mason manages to create giggles and romance. The plot is a slow burn with some dark occurrences but it grows into quite the tense and horrifying twist that turned me into a rubbernecker—helpless to turn the page with dread and curiosity warring, and a smidge of limp hope for the characters I’ve come to care for by book 3. I won’t say more — read it if you’re into YA crime, enforcement, sci-fi/fantasy and mystery/suspense.

Great conclusion of a great series by LeAnn Mason. “Revolutionary” will keep you on your toes as you read the results of Enhanced being allowed to now mingle with the Non-Enhanced. If you have read the first two books in the series already, you can probably guess how that will go. Nathalee and her team are sent out into the real world to test the waters. There are many things that happen with their experiences. Of course I don’t want to spoil any of the book but it will keep you enthralled to the end.

Wow! I'm honestly lost for words... This book, no, this whole series was just amazing, LeAnn has such an awesome way with words that you'd think that she'd had many many books out, but the fact this is her first series? Makes it all the more special.
I love how this final book brought the series together, and give the reader (me) exactly what I wanted for the end! I'm so sad that theres not more of Nat and the gang, but look forward to seeing where LeAnn goes next!

I loved every moment of this book! I LOVED that I got to see into Holden's head in this one. This one also definitely kept me on the edge of my seat as I read with bated breath to find out what would happen next! It was so real and descriptive that I could almost feel what Nat was feeling/doing at certain points.

Can't wait to see if there are any standalones for the other beloved characters in this world!

I'm not even sure how to put a into words how much I loved this book! It's not often that I'm left satisfied after finishing a series, typically I'm sad bc I really wish there was more. But that is definitely not the case here. This final instalment wrapped up all the things with a shiny red bow to top it off! If you haven't read this series I highly recommend you start it right now!

Nice close to a series Leann! It is a sad book at first. I didn't know what to do with myself. But Minefield still needs defending. Nat and Holden are still just awesome together. This trilogy looks so good on my shelf. I cant wait to see what else Leann may have in store for us even if we have to move away from minefield.

This series was one of the best series I've ever read and I'm still shocked that it's not very well known. Plottwist after plottwist after plottwist. So much happened and so fast that I felt hit from all sides. What didn't really give me a lift was the ending, which felt very rushed after all the action in the book.

What a ride

As sad as I am to see the end of this series, it’s been a wonderful read. Watching Nat and her team grow and overcome was amazing. There were definitely some twists and turns I did not see coming! And that ending! So perfect.

This book was so good, I couldn’t put it down. The Enhanced Enforcement group is tasked to a case outside of Minefield, and everyone is on edge for what’s to come. While there, one of their team is taken, and the race is on to help their own. I’d recommend this book.

Great ending to a wonderful series. I could have read numerous installments of this story. As I said before this would be an amazing tv show. The main "team" characters were amazing and grew continually throughout the series. Action and Adventure abound in this book. Definitely a must read!!

I couldn’t wait for this book to come out but dreaded it ending. Leann created a world so realistic that I wouldn’t be surprised to see these events in a newspaper. Perfect ending to a great trilogy.

I cried. Big, fat, ugly tears of all the emotions. Good, bad, confused, angry.. they were all there. The pull of the characters, the magic of the world creation. This book was a gift to its series.

H.E.A. Comes With Much Pain

I am a fan. I want more. Nathalee's worse fears are realised. Betrayals are revealed. Trust is broken. In this 3rd book, the Minefield Enforcers continue to break new ground for the Enhanced Primal and Sages and for the Non-Enhanced alike. Their courage and dedication comes at a price as greed and crime can be found among all.
