I found it to be very concise, substantial and well organized.

While a longshot, I feel the textbook would ideally be language-specific with details on traditional medicinal approaches and beliefs about wellness throughout the Arabic speaking world. And glossaries could be bilingual that way.

And ebook or online course supplement with video examples of the different interventions & case studies would be beneficial. I think there are ways this text could be improved, but it was quite useful in any case. Will skim from time to time for sure.

I had to read this book because I took the Bridging the Gap Medical Interpretation course. I enjoyed the course and the vast information. It was great! Did great on the test so even more satisfied!!
