As you can see by my picture, my identity is a bit of a secret. But it's only because I'm not sure I could handle another mom coming up to me and saying she enjoyed one of my books in the pick up line ;) I'm a Midwest raised girl, and after a brief stint on the East Coast, made my way back here. I adore my four little kiddies (born within four and half years of each other!) and my husband is pretty nice, too. I love happy endings that follow steamy starts.

Other than writing, I love to bake, garden, knit, load up the triple stroller and go for a long walk, and read.

Dance for You was an enjoyable read featuring a delightful romance between a man prone to wandering and a woman focused on her career.

Colt Seabrooke has spent the last eight years wandering around the world searching for something. After learning his brother is getting married, he decides to head home to Chicago for the first time in years. When he meets dancer Isla Rimington at a charity gala, he is immediately smitten. Isla has known her entire life she was meant to be a dancer. Her life is dedicated to her work, but upon meeting Cole she realizes she may want more out of life than dance.

Colt is someone who has never been able to stay in one place for long. Colt ended up going a different route than the rest of his siblings and ended up completing his education while traveling the world. During his travels, Colt was always fascinated by the arts in different cultures and made a point to seek out local areas of interest in his travels.

Isla has been a dancer since she was a child and her focus in recent years has been on modern dance. Isla studies different forms of dance to keep herself well rounded as well as being able to teach different classes, but she always comes back to modern dance. Isla hopes to one day choreograph her own dances, but for now her focus is on being able to dance as much as possible while she still can.

Colt and Isla are instantly smitten with one another and the pair are attracted to one another immediately. The chemistry between Colt and Isla was fantastic and their relationship progresses fairly quickly. Despite Isla’s busy schedule, the pair manage to make time for one another and I loved the scenes where they got to just hang out and talk with each other. The physical side to their relationship is very well done and the scenes between the two are very steamy.

Throughout the story, Isla is dealing with an anonymous person leaving her increasingly threatening notes. This anonymous person is adamant Isla and Colt break up and it is quite clear the person is obsessed with Isla. When the person responsible is eventually revealed, I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. I thought the person the author chose was too obvious of a choice and I kept hoping the author would go a different route.

Overall Dance for You was a fun read and I am enjoying reading through the Seabrooke siblings’ romances. I definitely recommend this series if you’re looking for quick, sexy reads.

I found this to be a superb storyline that grabs you right from the start keeping you engrossed and on edge throughout the whole book!

Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well. The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and steamy passion and you have a good read.

It is complete with its very own HEA, however, secondary characters are interconnected with other books in the series.
Each book can be read as a standalone or they can be read in order of publication for maximum pleasure *wink, wink*

All-in-all, you would not be reading reviews if you were not already intrigued by the blurb, so I will stick with what you need to know:

You will find plenty of toe curling steaminess with a laugh or two along the way, and smile on your face from their happily ever after. No cliffy, no cheating.

Thé storyline is ok, nothing really transcends but not bad either. The characters are interesting and are a bit unusual.
