Great addition to my library
Ray pulls no punches. He writes in simple, right to the point style. Makes total sense and reminds you of the fun required to help gel your team relationships. Really liked the idea of negative up, positive down and also connecting with all the flowers in the garden as in building strong relationships all the way through the team. Its a worthwhile activity in itself but long term can also really impact on resilience over time

Turning things upside down
What an easy book to read. Loved it the whole way through. Great ideas and a new perspective on advice previously received. It's turned my thinking upside down and I've already changed the way I'm doing things, as a result of this new outlook. It's filled me with a new enthusiasm.
